Absolutely shocking service. Placed my order online, money taken from my account and then to be told my order hasn’t gone through. I called to confirm and just got told the refund will come back to me but I’d have the make a second payment over the phone to place an order. I got put on hold for 10 minutes with no response. Not good customer service at all!
Would be good if they read instructions let's give a diabetic full strength drinks
Food is ok. Service is generally slow and not the best but they are kids. Need a bit more training or somehow make them care a bit. Take out only.
Food is good, time taken to get your food add on another 20/30 minutes on top of what they tell you.
Experience is always the same from a time point of view.
Heaps of staff that tend to just run in and out of the kitchen.
If the food wasn’t as good I probably wouldn’t bother to be honest.
