  Termico staff and installation team were most helpful and courteous as the old system was no longer operational. The team arrived on time and in spite of the inclement weather removed the old panels and installed the new larger system all in one day. I have been impressed as to how sensitive the new system is in responding to lack of sun. The final icing on the cake was Jade setting up the ability for me to monitor the inverter readings on my phone.

  Termico were great organising our system to be installed quickly onto our new home. The guys who fitted the system were on time, efficient and very customer focused.

  Everything to do with the process was seamless, hassle free and professional. We enquired with Termico after recommendations from a couple of people and were so happy we did. Sarah & Ian in the office helped us straight away with our quotes and questions about solar and together they helped us settle on a 20 panel, 5kW system with the best placement on the roof for max benefits. On install day, the team were there on time and were fabulous from start to finish - clean, professional and efficient, even with some dubious looking weather. The inverter installed in the garage was neat & tidy and you can tell the guys went to the extra trouble to ensure it was level and presentable! Once installed, all of the information we needed (and more!) to get the most use out of our solar was forwarded by Sarah , as well as instructions on how to monitor the performance on the mobile app.
  
  Honestly cannot recommend Termico enough! If you are looking for a reliable, well priced and good quality solar (in a market that is flooded with cheap alternatives and horror stories) I would encourage you to call Termico to discuss your options!

  This is the comment I made on SolarQuotes in Aug 2019.
  
  Called Termico and the manage to arrange a sales person to come down the next day. Sales person is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, not pushy. He was always just a phone call or an email away.
  
  Installation was a breeze. Installers were punctual and did a real neat and tidy work. All done in half a day and solar generation began right after that.
  
  Customer service was also readily available. Always a phone call or an email away. Really pleasant to deal with. Payment was a breeze too.
  
  I really recommend Termico.
  
  After half a year, everything is still good and working as it should.
