Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is also great as they are happy to price match. Sean helped me with the iron clubs fitting, he was very patient and listened to all your needs.

My 10 yr old boy gets lessons from Craig. We enjoy the computerised simulation and the lessons have made a big difference to ensure we learn the right fundamentals. All staff is friendly and helpful!

Not great customer service. Prior to placing an online order I asked if the goods were in stock and it was confirmed that they were. I happily placed the order. Two weeks later I hadn't received tracking number so phoned to see where the order was and I was told it was leaving that day. Really? Two weeks to take something off the shelf and post it? I too have an online business and we ensure we ship within two business days and we're very friendly and helpful to customers who call. Hope this review helps the team to be friendlier and offer a better online shopping experience.
