Disappointing. Paid 16k for an outdoor kitchen and expected better with service and execution. Lack of communication with their partner, RangehoodsWA who blamed each other for failing to deliver rangehood to my place. Had to leave my own workplace to go pick up. They also left me with all the packaging, metal off cuts and timber which won’t fit in my bin. Then the inverter switch was forgotten. The fridge was delivered damaged and I had to chase up 3 weeks later and still waiting. The quality of cabinets and bbq is good but the experience was very ordinary by outdoor chef and rangehoodswa.
