Sales is faultless, happy to listen and also provide their own feedback and provide extra information to make your own decision on what to have installed. The installers are polite and left everything clean and it was done in no time :)

Very happy with the service from Koala Solar. They installed a 6.6kW system (solar panels and Fronius inverter) on our 2-storey house. Very good communication, in providing quotes, outlining the process and scheduling a day for the install. The friendly team turned up on time and got the job done very efficiently.

We chose 4 "Choice Magazine" recommended companies to obtain solar quotes from. Of the four we chose Koala, and to date we have not been disappointed. Price wise they were mid range in the four, but we were impressed with Adam's advice and non pushy approach. The whole team has been wonderful to deal with, responsive, friendly and professional. The owner of the company is one of the team on the road doing the installations, is super helpful and efficient, as was the team with him. I will be recommending Koala to friends and family if they are in need of a system, I cannot fault them.

We recently had Koala Solar install a 6.6KW solar system to our house. We had quotes from other companies but just weren’t 100% satisfied with the advice and price given. We were recommended Koala and gave them a call.
They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced and not pushy at all which we really appreciated.
There was no requirement to come out to the house. Everything was done by phone which was very convenient. We booked in for install 4 weeks later. But due to a last minute cancellation Koala Solar we’re able to do the job for us 11 days after we first contacted them.
They were fast and efficient and we were very happy with the end result and ecstatic that it was all completed in such a short time frame.
  Would highly recommend them.
