Just got home from Bunnings and my husband and I both commented on the fantastic service we got. From knowledgeable service on the products we were considering to assisting in putting the large items on the trolley. The sales assistant also asked if we needed help loading the items in our car
The variety of items is also impressive. Will definitely go back if we need anything in their range

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Bunnings on Christmas Eve and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Lillian and Maria. Lillian, who was working at the self-checkout, was incredibly efficient and helpful. Maria, who was working at the register, was extremely knowledgeable about the store's inventory and took the time to show me different options. Both were patient and kind, and made sure my purchases were rung up correctly. I highly recommend Bunnings and specifically Lillian and Maria for their top-notch customer service.

I have spent over $4000 dollars here. They deliver, they have everything I need and I am usually there every weekend. My new whole bathroom comes from there, from paint to vanity to taps and shower Etc

It's a Bunnings with a fun vibe, lots of dogs and the indoor plant section looks like a mini jungle. Neat and well stocked but unlike the typical Bunnings this one is split into two floors and newly built. Feels more spacious because of it but on the negative side, sometimes can be inconvenient to keep going up and down to find the things you need. Taking the trolley with you, when on the escalators will also slow you down when in hurry.

Excellent place to visit, I was greeted 4 times for assistance & the staff were very helpful. Also the cafe/BBQ was a good place to hang for a bit. Best Bunnings I have been to so far with plenty of stock.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need under one roof. I find this store also has high end and low end versions of each product to cover all areas of DIY, gardening or just stuff you need.

This afternoon I went to the Bunnings store in Alexandria to buy potting mix and other items. I was a little worried, being old and no longer strong enough to lift the 25 kg bags of soil and other items. Little did I know what wonderful staff Bunnings employ! I must say, all the staff in the garden center were just so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, put all my voluminous shopping into the boot of my car - and with a smile. Thank you, guys, you made my shopping so much easier.

Went in to buy a few flowers for the balcony etc. The guy who helped me out was awesome. Took the time to tell me what herbs etc would grow well together and what fertalizers i'd need. It was help expect and was really greatful for.
