DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a chain saw, due to no stock, I waited over 6 weeks to pick up this item. After I picked it up, the chain saw is defective, it is NOT WORKING on first use! Sydney tools Refused to give me return and refund as it is 2 weeks after the invoice date!!! YOU HAD NO STOCK FOR ME WITHIN THE REFUND PERIOD!
You have caused significant delay and stress to my work while waiting for the repair of a faulty item! In the end I had to buy another one to replace it!!!
GO TO BUNNINGS OR TOTAL TOOLS. Much much better service and communication, and stress free

This is a great place to get brand name cordless tools and power tools from. The quality of some of there home brand and no name brand hand tools and accessories leaves a lot to be desired. Stick to the known quality products they stock, makita, festool, Hitachi etc

Was my first time in store today and I had a great experience. The staff are fantastic and friendly and Toni went up and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my obscure hobby. Even helped me get it in the car. 10/10 customers service. I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. :)

Visited Sydney Tools Dulwich Hill again today. Store has a massive selection of tools with plenty of stock on the shelves. The guys are great especially Patrick, he’s always a friendly face offering amazing customer service since the first time I met him. Extremely knowledgeable on all products, and all around great guy.

Since I’ve met Patrick, he’s made a lasting impression and I’ve always returned to the Dulwich Hill Branch to deal with him in particular.

I'm right now assembling a home studio for myself and came in searching for an assortment of cutting apparatuses and pastes. Patrick was extremely useful in ensuring I got the correct cutting apparatus and the correct paste for the acoustic froth I was utilizing and even gave me a few pointers to guarantee the paste would hold the froth. Exceptionally content with the administration!

Walked in today and was greeted by nothing but a tall chap passing wind. I wanted to avoid any smell so I walked straight in instead of going to the counter. During the five minutes I spent browsing waiting for any smell to pass, the staff seemed more focused on arguing and eating than their presentation and manners towards customers. This WAS my favourite store.

Had an ongoing issue with a Product we purchased in a Victoria store - Got in contact with the store Manager Michael Tahan . I found him understanding and genuine, he promptly handled the situation and resolved it with in minutes. He was from a different store location and could of very easily said not my problem. If only I had of found him 4 plus weeks ago. Thanks Michael!

I have been purchasing tools and accessories from Sydney Tools Dulwich Hill, now for a few years. i mostly deal with Shannon, but nearly all the staff there are just as helpful. I really cant fault them for service. They are knowledgeable on their products and will give you an honest option on what is best value for money, and keep you updated on orders if they don't have it in stock (which is rare).

Sydney Tools are great!I've been a customer pretty much since Day One I reckon.and let me tell you the store wasn't as neat and fancy way back then!.One thing that hasn't changed however is the great stocks and choicesall very well priced and knowledgeable staff.

I love the emailed Sales Invoice they send whilst you are at the counterSo handy for record keeping!

Went into the Dulwich Hill Store today and was served by Ali Hamade. Fantastic service. He had excellent knowledge of all the products and really went out of his way to ensure we got the right tools for our business. Very professional.
