The only reason why it gets 2 stars is the helpful staff. Closing at 1600 is archaic

Why close at 4.00? Inconveniant if you want to pay a bill and you dont finish work until 4.30. Also, why is ther only minimal staff on at lunch time. Thats when everyone uses their lunch time break to go pay their bills. Not to sit there and wait for the bank clerks come back from theirs. They can manage money but not time management. Not everyone wants phone banking either so please dont suggest I get that. I dont mind having to walk to the bank. Its good excercise. WOOF!

Horrible. Go there on Saturday as it is the only bank open and they have three staff employed but a new policy in which they do not allow Withdrawal, Deposits, PIN changes or Account inquiries. Why have the bank open if you can't even Withdrawal money? Also, the Bank closes at 4:00? Useless
