Great location: major station nearby. Easy to get from and to the airport or any location in the city. You can even walk Mariahilfer Straße to the Vienna center. If you're a tourist I'd recommend doing that. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we got a nice surprise by being upgraded to the bigger room. Having a breakfast, that you can make in the room's kitchen (it got everything from the kettle to the coffee machine), on a balcony facing inner yard was a good way to start a day.

Friendly helpful staff, walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace, short metro ride to the inner city, comfortable rooms. The breakfast looked great but I never tried it.

+ very easy to find with google maps (if you are from abroad in 3 minutes you cand download Vienna map and find the hotel even offline)

+ VERY CLEAN (there is no carpet on the floor, only linoleum)

+ big plasma tv (miracast compatible)
+ 10 mb / sec internet
+ well equiped bathroom enough for 2 persons in the same time

- noisy fan in the bathroom

Nice apartments and location, but decoration could be better and kitchen is very poorly equipped. And they tried to charge extra for the room we already paid for! Worse, on our review on their own site they replied it was for breakfast and parking, but we did not use any! Apparently they try this more often (see other reviews). It is a shame, we will not come back to this place.

Apartment hotel with spacious rooms and good atmosphere. The hotel is walking distance to Vienna Westbahnhof railway station and metro station. A bakery, cafés, restaurants, etc. are in the same street. Only drawback is that - since it is an apartment hotel - the reception is only open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Nevertheless, if you plan a bit beforehand, it is an excellent hotel in Vienna, especially for the price.

I travel a great deal for work. This is a great hotel. Great location. Great staff.

Very clean. I like the decor of the hotel and the little extras you get.

The internet is good and it is a quiet apartment/hotel

I would recommend this to business travellers staying in VIE.

I look forward to my next stay.

We booked very last minute through travelocity, but had no issues. Everyone was very nice. Hotel itself is in an OK part of town, though very close to everything. We were on the top floor facing a courtyard, was very quiet, so we could keep our windows open at night. Cannot vouch for rooms facing Mariahilferstrasse, which is a busy street. The room was very bare, but had everything necessary and were spotless. No complaints.

We paid much less than the listed rate, presumably because we booked last minute - at that price it was an excellent hotel.
