I chose this hotel because of its price so didn't expect too much but still got a bit less than I expected. It has a flair of fawlty towers over it.
Had a single room on the top floor. The lift doesn't to the top floor so you have to take the stairs the last bit witch is fine and the rooms are a bit small and partly a bit scruffy.
The toilet seating was a bit loose and the shower basin was leaking a bit onto the floor.
The wifi works but don't expect to watch media using it. The power outlets are hard to get to so I would suggest bringing your own power extension cord. The sound deadening to the staircase is non-existent so a pair of earplugs are a must as well.
All in all descent but I would pick another hotel the next time.response / report this review -

Basic but good. Everything was clean and comfortable enough to sleep not to spend a rainy day inside. Go do that in a café in Vienna city.
The breakfast is better than in let's say Baltic hotel in Estonia which has 4 stars if I remember correctly. The service is genuinely friendly and helpful.
Also bring your USB stick the TV's have a "play media from usb" option. Because German dubbed foreign television is just horrible.response / report this review -

Personnel is very kind. Rooms are nice, tidy but small. However big enough. Bathroom is clean, tidy and new. Location of the hotel is good, close to subway stations. The neighborhood is a bit trendy/hipster/relaxe with a lot of nice small restaurants, cafes and bars.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms nice but very noisy with traffic outside. If you struggle to sleep try elsewhere.

Lovely hotel ,friendly staff ,clean n tidy well-maintained rooms highly recommended oneAll the major attractions are at walking distance..Naschmarkt is right ahead which keeps the area buzzing Nice brkfast too Overall a lovely place to stay !!:)

Rooms are small and not really clean, lift is small too. Bathrooms are small and bad-lighted. The only good thing about this place is location in the centre of Vienna and pretty good Wi-Fi.

Super ontvangst met daarbij ruim uitleg over de kamer en faciliteiten en overigens extra aandacht voor wat er in Wenen te zien is. Het hotel ligt tegen t centrum aan en in de straat van een zeer gezellige markt. De kamers zijn modern ingericht en hebben een luxe uitstraling. We waren eerder aangekomen, maar konden onze bagage veilig kwijt in t hotel. Tegen een kleine bijdrage konden we de auto kwijt in een tegenover liggende parkeergarage. Ik zeg: Doen!

I got a room on the highest floor. The room was very small and the furniture very old and partly damaged. I had to wait for 5 minutes until the warm water reached my shower. The breakfast is OK.

Had a very nice, quiet room looking into the interior of the block. Very clean rooms and good washroom facilities. The stairway looks very majestic. The staff were very helpful after my luggage was lost en route. Excellent breakfast and a great market with good food across the street. Good location.
