This hotel is at a great location and the room is decent. However, the starts are extremely condecending, unhelpful, and lack of knowledge of both of the hotel as well as the City. I don't feel like they are treating me as a customer, they talk to me as if they are more superior and as if I am not welcome. DON'T STAY HERE!

Room was good size but filled with superfluous pices of Ikea type furniture.
Breakfast was around a makeshift large breakfast bar that was used for guests to use at night as a self catering type get together. Very odd. Location was best thing about the hotel.response / report this review -

Very nice rooms very close to the city center. The staff is not the friendliest, nor the most professional, but the rooms are large and clean.

Perfect location, walking distance to many of Vienna's attractions. Very spacious, well designed rooms with all the appliances you could need. Friendly service too!

Dear Sir/ Madam! I am writing you to give a little heads up about your cleaning staff. Well first of all it was a great dissappintment for me when i realized that you dont clean up on a daily basis anymore, because of some new system.. And to make things worse, even when I recieved the cleaning service the maid was really careless too..she was also really rude when a ichecked outshe knocked a lot in the morning, but when i get there they said me that i can stay til 11.. And i think she has got some sort of skin infection.. It could be dangerous you know Because she washed my dishes with those hands.. She also touched my toothbrush and blankets becasue they were in a different place.. So i had to get rid of those stuff, because i was afraid of the infection. I am now planning to stay at another hotel in the future, which is a shame because i really liked the place and everithing before this happend. I just wantetd to let you know all this. Take care.
