Great place for a family to stay! Delicious breakfast (kids eat for free), large rooms with comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure. There’s a traditional but casual Austrian restaurant at one end of the block and a grocery store at the other end, and there’s a metro stop on a main line right across the street. Very affordable, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the experience with the hotel was very bad. But I'll start with the good points:

Facilities were good, rooms were clean and the location was fantastic. The hotel is right in front of the metro station.

Now, the bad ones:

We came on October, but the weather was good, and it was still hot during the day. However, the hotel management turned off the whole air conditioning system of the hotel to save energy, leaving the rooms very hot. When me and several guests complained, they only told us to open the small window of the room. To make things worse, the hotel was in front of a big avenue, and leaving the window open was very noisy. So, basically management asked me to choose between not sleeping because of the temperature or the noises. The nights were terrible and we simply couldn't enjoy the time in our room. Also, the breakfast is definitely not worth the 13 euros.

So, my overall impression was that the hotel had a great structure, and everything to be great. However, poor service can ruin those things.

Though the Hotel is good and located centrally in Vienna, but don't expect much from this no frill hotel. You have to manage everything by yourself some it seems a business hotel.

I stayed with my family and we had to go to lick up plates and even tissue paper. So being no frill hotel you might feel it's costly but in Vienna similar hotels would be two times of the cost than this.

Over all very happy with hotel location and staff behavior, haven't taken breakfast so can't comment on that.

Very nice place, travel to Vienna and tourist place like palace and museum very convenient by train. Street food is very good and affordable.

Arrived in at 6.30am and was able to check into our room straight away (this was amazing as we'd just come off 20 hours of flights). The rooms are very reasonable for the price and the WiFi is great. The 'U' is a very short walk away and the SPAR next door stocks a broad range of products (in case you've forgotten something like a razor).

The hotel is easily reached by car and plenty of transport options in the vicinity. The staff is very professional and helpful and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. Very good if it's your first time in the city or visiting some attractions around and nearby.

There was some work being done in rooms nearby, which created some noise, but that wasn't very early and it didn't take long. I guess it had to be done at some point.

Decent and affordable option with quick access to the U4 subway line. Room was clean and well furnished. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall had quite a pleasant experience.

Fantastic rooms! Location is good with only a short underground train ride to the city centre for all touristic and shopping attractions. Service is excellent also.

Really nice hotel and the price was good that time. Really nice and cosy rooms and clean. Only downside is breakfast which was not included and it was expensive.

Very clean and nice rooms. Good breakfast that worth the price. Recommended for your few days visit to Vienna, where you can park your car in their underground parking (for a daily fee) and then use the metro to get around the city. Train station across the road.
Also have supermarket next door same building. And if you a quick snack or cold drink at late hour, they have vending machines for that.
