Everything is fine. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good and delicious.

Good service all around the clock! The rooms are big, comfortable and all in all a good value. Location pretty good, couple min walk from a convenience store and a subway station. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant area seemed small and the breakfast itself not worth to buy.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had (i stay at a hotel every 2 weeks for work all over the world so that is saying something). They are scamming people. Rude staff and not helpful. Even if you book a double room you have to pay a huge surcharge for the second person. This surcharge is €5 extra on every website but if you book for one person (flight+hotel package) they ask for €35 surcharge per night. Why? Because they can, because you are already there, because it is in the middle of night and you have nowhere else to go and they do this very rudely. Never using any austria trend hotels anymore. I shouldn't have had to deal with this rudeness. Total rip off.

***hotel, nearby central Vienna (2 stations via subway U1 to "Stephansplatz" direction to cLeopoldau"). Open WiFi, safe, AC are completely okay for the pricing.

The location is nice. Rooms have more then enough room, having a nice sitting area. In room "fridge" is very small by North America standards but being this close to wonderful food it should be used to chill a few drinks. Beds are "joined" twin beds to make a king, this is standard in Europe and they are very comfortable. Bathroom is a little odd but functional. It is a little tight and the shower door seal on the bottom can leak. The staff is perfectly helpful and polite. Breakfast: Freaking wonderful! Breads 12 Cheese 7 Yogurt 4 espresso machine 2 Very nice selection, fresh vegetables, tasty muslex, juice, paté (two different kinds), and nice warm croissants, and scrambled eggs in glass jar All in all a great hotel at a great price with a good location and an amazing breakfast bar easily scores an 8 out of 10 with the breakfast bar alone saving you money and not having to buy lunch as you tour the city

Superb quality of rooms and services for the price, the location is indeed great as well, 5-10 minute walk from the main trainstation.
Bus and tram are closeby, 3 supermarkets right infront if you want some groceries or fruit, it's just great!
I had to stay here for work on the University of Vienna 2 times now and I think I will also come back with my girlfriend for a personal vacation! :)response / report this review
