Pleasant stay, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and everything in a reasonable tariff! Walkable distance to old town and all the important and historic buildings and landmarks!

Very clean and modern! Another staff at reception could be nice. Breakfast was crowded, feels like IKEA. Parking too small for the amount of customers. Overall good experience.

It is a very clean hotel with the facilities for the children. You can leave the luggages there in their locker room before the check in, and it is just less than 7 minutes walking distance from the old town. It is quiet in Summer because it is located just next to University of Salzburg. The only downside is the weak wifi signalz especially at night.

Good location for sightseeing in downtown Salzburg. It is generally clean. Rooms are not spacious. There is no air conditioner. The shower curtain is short, so there is a lot of water in the bathroom when shower. Breakfast is delicious. A restaurant with a garden is good. The parking fee is 8 euros per day.

It's more a students' accommodation than a real hotel. Although they tried to provide a hotel's services, there were serious deficiencies with them. The furniture was the old dormitory's, there was no air conditioning, the shower gel has been depleted, there was the trash od the previous guest in the room's bin, and they had far less parking places in the lot, than the number of their guests' cars.
It was too expensive for this level of services.

The rooms were small but tidy and clean. The food was ok and the staff was very kind and helpful. It's pretty close to Salzburg's city center, a 10 minute walk from most bars. Overall a good experience.

Value for money, however is a hostel style accommodation. Can be noisy and has buses of people checking in. 40 minute walk from the main station. Important to note, check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.
