Beautiful hotel made up of multiple buildings with rooms dating back ages. Every room layout is different, some with great exposed beam ceilings. Nice employees who put up gracefully with my non-German speaking self. Within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Valet parking is comparable to local lots. Only minor gripe is the breakfast costs. You have 2 options, 1 an order off the menu and 2 an ala carte buffet. If you drink as much coffee as I do it can stack up quick in the off the menu option. Best to pre load yourself with a nespresso in the room.

Not clean.. They will arrange the bed without cleaning the toilet, they will not put new towels even though the used one on the floor.
The view was not as described by the receptionist as we booked for a suite the view for both the bed room and the setting room was on the wall of the other building, which make me feel breathless.

Good location and friendly staff.

An older hotel in a magnificent, central location. Overall, service has been excellent and helpful. However, my room only had one bath towel upon check in, and as with many older hotels, an ineffective air conditioner. Opening the windows at night is not a solution as the streets are cleaned daily at 6:00. Would generally recommend, but not in the heat of summer.

This is a beautifully persevered older unique hotel with quaint large and clean rooms. Wonderful peaceful restaurant overlooking the river.

The Radisson is a great location in Salzburg. It is in the heart of the old town and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is very nice with an older charm (it was originally a brewery many centuries ago). Definitely recommended.

Perfect location and large rooms. Only issue is the smoking in other rooms on the floor as well as the lack of air circulation in the winter months.

Inconsistent quality of food - first time everything was great. Second time all meals were far from perfect - soups over salted, salmon undercooked, fried potatoes dry and overcooked.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location directly at the river. But even though it's a five star hotel, it lacks some of the amenities you might expect - there is no gym, no spa, no pool, I didn't get complimentary bottled water in the room, the wifi is flaky and the rooms could be quieter. Staff is super nice though.
