Only good location. No water boiler, coffee or tea. Remember to bring your own shampoo, hair conditioner, tooth brush and toothpaste.

Lady at the reception was really nice and helpful and the hotel is quite central and in a nice area. However the bed options for a double is two singles joined together, which is alright as it's same across most of Europe. What put us off was they gave us single duvet/blankets, which felt like sleeping in separate beds..

Understaffed at arrival, had to wait 30 minutes to check in late in the evening when all I wanted was to get something to eat and go straight to bed. Staff also gave wrong information regarding visit to Salzburg Festnung. Nice room, good but expensive breakfast, good location when arriving at train station.

Facilities are good and you can get free drinks (juice and water) from the reception at any time. However, the receptionist gave us the wrong information for parking. She told us to ask the man working there for a combi ticket and yet he told us there were no combi tickets. She also should have told us to unload our bags first in the loading zone outside, however she didn't and we ended up carrying our baggage down the street to the hotel. There is free WiFi here, however the reception for it is spotty at best and it's impossible to maintain a good connection.

Great location. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The rooms can get pretty hot Ann's stuffy but there were no AC. There's a window, but then it was little noisy with the window open. There's no free parking. There's a little lounge area with basic drinks, which was nice, but wished they offered that 24/7. It's open after 11am.

A nice hotel in a great part of the city. It's minutes to most any place you'd like to be while you're here. Beds are a little soft, Internet is spotty, and if there's one tip: don't book the breakfast. For fifteen bucks you can get some amazing food in Salzburg, one street down, it's not worth it.

2. The room was very spacious and cozy
3. Great location! Very close to old town

Would love to stay here again when visiting Salzburg and definitely recommend people to stay here for their stay in Salzburg!

Perfect location. Parking 5 minutes away, not expensive. Warm rooms (we had winter conditions) great. Breakfast just perfect. Will stay upon my return to salzburg.
