It is a great hotel by all means. The location, the people of the hotel, the rooms and services, and above all very reasonable rate. This best I have experienced in many of trips across the world. I give 10/10.

Lovely rooms and the hotel is nicely decorated throughout. The staff were very pleasant and gave a good welcome. The bed was very comfortable and got a good nights sleep. My only complaint is that there are no decent bars or cafes in the immediate area. However it is located close to a main metro station.

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay. Service was great. Upon reviewing my receipt one we returned home though, I realized that we were charged for breakfast which we did not partake. I tried contacting via email but received no response.
I wonder if their service only extends to their present patrons. This is really turning me off.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel, very close to public transit. Only downside is no air conditioning, and the windows don't allow much airflow. Also, the fan that's provided is very small, so again not much airflow from that if it's hot out.

Ok hotel but far from 4 stars. Had they advertised as 2 or 3-star it may have been acceptable but the breakfast was extra and was really bad. No gluten free alternatives and no interest in helping out with it despite our 3 nights stay. Horribly hot in the room. A bit far away from city center but close to metro and bike stations.

Elegante. Very nice, rich, bright and historical building. Comfortable place that easy to reach everywhere. İncredible staff.. Friendly reception. Lovely service. Breakfast buffet choises was better than a five-star equivalent hotel in the north America.

Hotel has renovated room with nice bathrooms. Sadly the heating got turned on only late in the morning so the room was still cold when you got up early. The bathroom was spacious and with a great modern design, like a lot of glass and a rain forest shower head, but the water didn't quite get warm enough in the shower.
The room I had was located directly at the stairs, so you heard everybody, who passed by at night.
Breakfast was okay with a choice of bread, sausage, cheese, juices, cake, cereals and scrambled eggs and the staff was friendly.
Overall still room for improvement considering the price, but definitely okay.response / report this review -

Good hotel close to the subway which makes it easy to go anywhere you want. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The rooms lack AC. Service was adequate and available at all hours. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel in Vienna.
