It was very good! The only thing I didn't like was that when u come inside it is the bathroom and after it is the bedroom. Plush the WiFi is bad! It is in the center and it is close to Starbucks too!! ☕🍵

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment, yes the rooms could be cleaner and the windows and doors didn't shut properly but this place has an abundance character and charm that is easily missed when judging a place to stay. Our hosts greeted us with smiles and were quick to help, our little knowledge of German went a long way in getting directions to the nearest attractions and we were also given a free map. Breakfast is a standard affair but can be cosy due to limited space but we took this in our stride and used it as an excuse to mingle with other guests. In short Pension Mozart is not somewhere just to stay, it's an experience to be felt.

We booked the rooms of this hotel on Booking page, then when we came, they didn't have enough rooms, they asked us to stay in a single room, and at middle of night 1 am, after we checked the city and came back to the hotel, somehow they found a double room for 4 persons and asked us to move there for a much higher price. Of course we didn't agree. So the owners of the hotel told us to "move and pay or leave the hotel right now". It is really unbelievable, the most horrible service I have ever experienced. If anyone has intention to book the room at this hotel, please read the reviews here and on tripadvisor about the owners of this hotel whenever the problems happen to their customers.

In their comment below they write about additional person which is also a lie. We had reservation for 4+2 people, and we had 4 people sleeping in the 4 people bedroom, 2 people sleeping in the single room (since this was the solution they found for us in the afternoon) There was absolutely NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. For your kind reply about my credit card: It was accepted by 10 other hotels on our trip, so it was a VALID and WORKING card. Plus after we left the hotel in the night, they charged it!response / report this review -

Couldn't accept a perfectly working credit card and after the staff told us they are going to find a solution the owner kicked us out at midnight. If you like challenges and adventures I can recommend this place for you because you won't know what could happen next.

Worst experience ever. The owner lied into my face, and because they cannot handle bookings we had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. They don't speak english at all, rooms are smelly and dirty. They even tried to cheat with our credit cards, but luckily I had all the proofs for booking website so at least we got our money back. NEVER EVER come to this place!

Worst hospitality experience in my life. Kicked out of the hotel in the midnight. Rude, greedy and impolite owners, who has no respect for guests. Rooms are designed horrible too. Who would make a quadruple room which entrance is through the bathroom? Avoid this place, do not let them make your vacation a nightmare.

I recently stayed at the Pension Mozart. I would recommend this pension to anyone looking for a budget holiday in Vienna. The rooms were basic but clean and good equipped. The owners were extremely friendly and kind. Good value for money!

if you are not very sensitive to smoke, it's a great choice. because people smoke right in the hall outside our room and the door does not close tight. the owners paid attention to make it cozy.

5 minutes to museum quarter and Hofburg Palace. Vapiano, Starbucks and markets are just 1 minute away.
It is not a hotel, but a flat in a very old apartment. Rooms are so small. Our beds and sheets were not clean. Bathroom was very very dirty. We couldn't even use the bathroom because its horrible smell. Personal and guests were incredibly loud in the floor and it was not possible to sleep. I left my cellphone charger there and the personal didn't even get in touch.
