Stayed 3 night. Very helpful reception staff. Very good restaurant for evening meals. Breakfast food good but staff no help in finding a table when busy.

Good hotel with a short walk to downtown. Rooms are fine, not huge but decent. Parking for €14 per day behind the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful.

We had a very nice one-night stay (2 persons, one double bed).
Only con:
the room was very warm when we arrived with no chance of fast cooling as you can't open the windows fully and it was probably too cold outside for the A/C to do work. But it was fine later on and in the night, keeping the windows open as much as we could.
Pros:
Absolutely loved the free tea and coffee in the room.
The bath tub was very nice to have.
The wifi was excellent, allowing us to stream on twitch without any interruptions.response / report this review -

Convenient, close to the train station and city center and other attractions. Room is spacious. Staffs are helpful. Hotel has a very nice restaurant with good food and pricing.

About a 10 minute walk to downtown, so you are not right in the middle of things but easy enough to get to. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have parking right behind the hotel which is a bit cheaper than nearby locations. on site restaurant is great. Highly recommended for an affordable location in Salzburg.

We had a superior double room and both the room and bathroom was very specious.
There was real kick in the AC which was heavenly since it was very warm outside.
Wifi worked real good as well.
The breakfast was good and they had real coffee which was amazing.
The personal was friendly and service minded.
It's a good hotel and I can really recommend staying here if AC, WiFi and breakfast coffee is the most important on the check list for a good hotel.response / report this review -

Decent hotel near the Salzburg train station. It's reasonably priced and walking distance to most of what Salzburg has to offer for some staying a short time. Building is a bit tired, however the rooms are remodeled to be usable. Equivalent to any three star in the US.

The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. They helped us book tours and gave great information on the surrounding areas. With easy access to old Town and the train station this is a great place to stay!

My fiancée and I visited the restaurant here last night. The food was excellent and the service from our waitress was great she explained the dishes we had questions and and she was very enthusiastic and up-beat which is nice to see, oh and the price is reasonable too. The decor is typical Austrian and the the tables were nicely set. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Salzburg!

Our room was okay for a short stay. The service in the restaurant was very polite but the ones in the hotel could be more polite. Everything was very clean ans the hotel is in the vity center..I would recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The hotel was perfect for a night and featured pretty good rooms and an excellent hotel. While the room was pretty average and didn't exactly have a view outside, the restaurant on the bottom floor really made a difference. The restaurant features classical Austrian Entrees with delicious dessert. If there's any reason to stay in only an average room, it's because of the restaurant.
