Brought my tour group here for 3 nights, and have stayed here previously. Everyone was pleased with their rooms. Clean and up to day. Bathrooms decent size. Staff friendly. Breakfast is extra but plentiful. Close to tram stop. Centrally located in the old town, easy walking distance to everything. Will definitely keep coming back.

Great access to everything and not in the hubub of the "shopping alley". Great rooms. As with every German hotel we've been in, no AC. Paid parking, 17 Euro / day a 5 minute walk away. I would stay here again! Hospitality was great and breakfast was good (not included in room price).

Nice rooms and beds. Convenient location, but on a street where you will hear tourists late in to the night if you want your windows open.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room is tidy and neat. The breakfast offers a variety of meat, bread and vegetables, all taste pretty good. The hotel has only one tiny elevator and it doesn't reach the fifth floor, the top floor. You have to carry your luggage and climb a flight of stairs to get there when checking in.

Top Lage für Weihnachtsmarkt, Hotel hat charme, Zimmer z. T mit Fenster zum Innenhof, für Übernachtung jedoch ok, sehr ruhig gelegen, da Fussgängerzone

Very warm and friendly staff, interior a bit old school. Wifi not working properly and window to the kitchen (food smell)

The hotel is just near Mozart Plat, on the opposed side of the rush street. Very easy to take a walk or take the bus from the hotel.
The staff is very very friendly and warm and helpful. The room is comfortable! Don't miss the hotel if you visit Salzburg.response / report this review
