This was the most beautiful hotel we stayd at in Innsbruck, the rooms were huge! beautiful view of the mountain from the room and from the restaurant! service was great and everyone was really friendly! Loved this place!

Excellent location. Very nice and warm atmosphere. Food is excellent, stuff are kind. It is clean, comfortable rooms. Fantastic pool outside. Don't forget swimsuit. Free WiFi

Nice place, helpful not complicated stuff. If you want to have a dinner in Grill place, better book it in advance.

Great location near the old town. Just walkable distance to the golden roof and don't miss the cathedral near by. It may not look much from outside but beautiful inside.

I have stayed here a couple of times when in Innsbruck and both times have had a lovely stay. The first time I was upgraded to a suite and the second time my double room had an amazing view of the mountains from the bed. The top floor roof swimming pool is great and the jacuzzi when not too busy is a nice touch outside on the top floor. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the trips around Europe and will never forget the amazing variety.

From outside it looks like old hotel but inside it's well maintained. Big lobby and bars & restaurants in ground & mezzanine floor. Food is very nice. Worth for money.

Very nice hotel. In the centre of the city. Delicious dishes at lunch and breakfast. Minuses: small SPA zone, a lot of people there.

Nightmare! OK, u can say it's cheap to be a 4star hotel. Yes, it is not that expensive. But for sure not 4star too! Imagine this: near your room ongoing re-construction works. all days. from 7 am to 5 pm. yes, with drills, grinders, etccorridors blocked w/ construction materials, woods, stones, and dust everywhere, yeh, and "kurwa" or "kurvaanyád te buzi" east-european workers' nice talks too. I think anywhere in the world a serious hotel would not let guests spend holidays in a building which is under re-constructionOur room was just renovated. cool, renovated, but not finished. it was a half-ready room. no hangers, fresh paint smell. heating not adjustable, extremly hot. minimal design made with sloppy work, skew objectsunqualified cleaning service - one days all cups disappeared from room. when made a call and asked them back, reception did not understood properly english. maid stepped into room without knocking(!!) w/ her card
in the other hand, food service was great. wide selection, delicious.

Very close to the sights, museums and Christmas markets. Short walk from the train station. Excellent service at the front desk and the upstairs restaurant. Room was great with great views and excellent accommodations.

Terrible place, stayed here as part of a Trafalgar group. Appears modern in the common areas and the rooms are reasonably sized but that is about all I can say that is positive.

The "double" rooms are simply two beds pushed together including still two separate sheets and duvets. Even as a cost/time saving method you would think they could at least include a double size duvet even if the sheets were still separate.

They stored our personal bags in a luggage room that was supposed to be secure (and was closed at first when we left) until the rooms were ready but after we returned it was already left wide open so anyone could go in. The luggage bags taken up to the rooms are all left outside in the hallways and not taken into the rooms. Every other place we stayed had no problems dropping them inside the rooms.

The entire bar area is a smoking bar, not even a non smoking section. I could not stay down there.

Lastly my tempered glass bathroom door jammed on the floor in two separate places. Did open if you lifted hard. Being tempered glass there is a good chance you could shatter it if opening swiftly. I enquired about this with reception and they said they could not do anything.

All in all very bad experience would not recommend for anything other than a simple bed to sleep on motel style.

On our way to the hotel, our tour director called ahead and arranged, with the hotel staff, to have an ambulance there, waiting for our arrival to take me to hospital for medical treatment after my fall earlier in the day which resulted in 5 broken ribs.
We had spent many hours in Innsbruck hospital, but on arrival back to the hotel, the staff had all our accommodation and food prearranged. The hotel provided us with a very late meal as well as arranging a spacious room to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was very unfortunate that i could not enjoy our stay in this fantastic place. hope to return in one piece next time.. thanks to all for your kind hospitality..
