DREADFUL avoid this place. Read other reviews. We stayed for 2 nights, overcharged for parking, bed was not made, pillows dirty, and bins not emptied. The owner is extremely rude, arrogant and showed no respect for guests or staff.
It spoilt our stay, worth paying more to get a pleasant welcome and friendly service, not to mention a CLEAN bed.

Scarso servizio di reception colazione minimale dolce praticamente assente non ci sono locali comuni . Camere pulite e spaziose . Hotel situato in periferia ma servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici , si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti.

מלון בעל 4 קומות, ללא מעלית, עם מדרגות ספירליות. בלתי אפשרי להעלות ציוד!! החדרים אינם ממוזגים. שירותים מופרדים מהמקלחת, אבל ללא כיור. היחס של בעלת המקום מזלזל. לא הצלחנו לקבל כל מידע, אפילו לא לגבי תחבורה ציבורית. ממליצים להתרחק מהמקום, למרות הקירבה לארמון שנברון

Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber, jedoch Lärm von der stark befahrenen Straße. Für Städtetrip geeignet.

My wife and I spent 7 days in Vienna at this hotel. The room was wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly and understanding. Breakfast was amazing. I really liked that the variety of cheeses and bread that were offered. The location of the hotel was near a bus stop and was in a friendly neighborhood too. Finally, the price was very comfortable and was not obnoxious. If I were to visit again we would definately come back again for another stay.
