Nice and clean room but hotel reception staff had no service mine. When I was here all hotel can’t watch television. Ask the staff he always said I don’t know. So what the bad service. No fixing or checking anything for customer. You have many choice to stay inVienna. But not here please.

Very nice, modern hotel, with very clean lobbies, hallways and rooms. Staff at the desk are very helpful and speak English, German and French. Underground parking is available for €20 per day, but it's still cheaper (and safer) than the local on-street parking. On-site sauna is very nice and the management is trusting (or brave) enough to let guests set the temperature and add their own water. Complimentary breakfast has plenty of variety and is kept very well stocked.

The room was really nice and clean and the over all stay was pleasant. But at the time of check-in, the guy at the reception asked us to pay the full amount for the stay which was quite unusual. Normally in most of the hotels if booked in advance we pay and clear all the bills at the time of check out. Also the receptionist was very rude and not ready to talk to the person who had booked the room for us. I am not sure whether full payment in advance is a must for all the people who stay there. If that's the case I humbly request the hotel to change that policy and if that was not the case then it was just plane rude behaviour by hotel staff which was a bad experience. Hence 2 stars.

Very clean and comfortable our room backed on to the railway but the noise was minimal, the bar was not always attended. Not the best location for tourist as the city is a tram and train ride away.
Breakfast was included and was excelent.
There was parking in their own underground car park.

If you do not mind living on a train station, than this is a pick for you. Also not a sight from the 4 star it proudly carries. 3 at most.

This is quiet possible the worst hotel ive stayed at. No tea or coffee. No wifi in rooms. No kettle. Little toiletries. Little range of food and drinks for breakfast. No gym or pool. No iron or clothes press. I pulled the bathroom door handle and it came off. So now i cant close the bathroom door. Bed are uncomfortable and rooms are small.
Asked for tap water at the bar they asked to buy water. Then i asked if they know anywhere else that sells water and they wouldn't tell. Worst service ever. Not worth it at all. Please do not come here. You are wasting your money. They say its 4 stars but it very much seems like a 1 or 2 star at most

UNSAFE Hotel for Tourists, especially for Asians. Had to call POLICE to ensure my safety as staff (Mr. Leo at reception) racially abused us when I complained why I was given single beds joined together even though I had booked one king size bed almost 4 weeks in advance.

Moreover this Hotel is far from all main tourist spots in the city, it's badly connected by Metro, WIFI DOESN'T WORK , BREAKFAST is COOKED BADLY (made us sick).

While leaving my bags behind, I had to urge the haughty receptionist to tag my bags lest it gets lost or picked up erroneously by someone else. He did tag it finally but after lot of teaching.

Staff can BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH and none of them are trained Hoteliers! We stayed at IBIS budget Hotels earlier and also at various Five star Hotels in this city but never faced such RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.

Hotel is surrounded by MASSAGE & PROSTITUTION PARLOURS which are frequented by criminals! UNSAFE place for tourists coming with FAMILY, KIDS or female partners period

Good 4 stars hotel, good service and an excellent option to be near from the Zoo. You can going walking and explore all of this region that is beautiful in Vienna. There is a restaurant 400 meters from the Hotel that is in 4th in tripadvisor, so it's interesting to experience too.

Hotel located 6.5km from city center, journey by public transport takes about 20 minutes so not bad location wise.
Rooms of good size and clean fairly well equipped but providing very basics - not really something you would expect from 4* hotel in Europe. No toothpaste or toothbrush, sleepers or comlimentary tea or coffee ( no kettle in the room) - no big problem but all this was present in 3* campanile hotel in Paris I visited not long ago.
Breakfast buffet offers good choice and food generally tasty but over 2 night I spent there the breakfast choice was the same no much variety . Staff nice and polite.
