The hotel is really nice. Very comfortable bed.
The Restaurant close to the Hotel called Little Giant has awesome traditional austrian specialities!

Good location and rooms are clean. Staff are polite and helpful.

The room felt dated and was very small (it was a basic double room) with very small bathrooms and shower cubicles (be prepared to turn the shower off with your back every time you move). Double bed was pushed up against the wall, leaving a narrow path between the other side of the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom and the exit. Not even had enough space to open up a suitcase unless it was done on the bed.

Fine quality rooms and need quality ones, pay attention what do you reserve and pay and what you get. The young staff is anyhow gentle and clever so can be recommended .

Comfortable. Clean. Great location. Lovely staff. Really good breakfast. Would stay again definitely. 5 mins from tram or underground or 15 mins walk to centre of Vienna.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights 18-22 of September 2017, and I have to make two remarks: the room stunk of humidity, this peculiar smell of hotelrooms, but I did not appreciate that I was asked to give a mastercard at check-in for mini-bar use, which I did not use, and find out today that I have been charged 30 euros without having been informed what for nor asked my allowance! Neither on check-in nor on check-out. I really did NOT appreciate that. And I did not want to mention the fact that I was silently given a room on second floor with window into the court of course but being angry now, I mention this and the shower head with water sprinkling not only from where it is meant to. In short, it did not meet my expectations, especially the fact that I was not informed. Thalia Lehmann

Excellent, excellent! We are a family of three and stayed 5 nights. Our initial room (a family room) was cozy comfortable and clean. But ac unit was too noisy to sleep, so we were moved to a suite. The suite was beautiful!!!! Very quiet, clean, comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. All staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. The location is great. Really, we didn't want to leave.

Very nice hotel, where we stayed with kids over over night. Very comfortable bed (after view nights in other hotels you can feel positive difference). Also location is great if you want to go around Vienna. There are also downsides related to location - no real parking place - just street in front of the hotel, one elevator which causes long waiting time (we used once, later we took stairs to 5th floor). Also there was no view from the room (one little window in a corner of appartment with view on a wall).

Fantastic location, in the middle of the beautiful Rathaus district of Vienna. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Decent sized room, easily fits a double bed, TV with stand, two night stands, three wardrobes and a decent sized bathroom. All very clean, easy to use up to date furnishings and appliances. Wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay in Vienna.

It was not that good. Especially, the staffs were unkind. They never greeted me during my stay. I feel unwelcomed. I don't think I would visit here again. Nope.
