Totally shouldn't figure as 4* hotel. Awful, dirty room. Nothing on this hotel was cleaned since months. Dust can be found everywhere, even in the kitchen. It's not possible to use it at all. Toilet stinks like in public place and is brown because of dirt. Floor is full of fungus, mostly next to the bathroom. Moreover bath itself and the other equipment in the bathroom is covered with dust and fungus. Bed is totally uncomfortable, kind of "two-level", stained and you can find foreign hair in it. Parking is expensive and very small. It's really hard to park a car inside. Not worth of paying.

Basically everything in this hotel reflects the greediness of the owner. The TV is a model from 2001 (I checked) just like probably everything in the rooms. The beds are squeaky, windows are simple layer and for those which open on the main street (half of them), it's very noisy even at night. The wifi doesn't work, it's basically a basic subscription that is shared among all the guests and staff. It is fine if you use internet when nobody does but you can't use at any time in the evening (I couldn't even download a pdf properly). The breakfast is ok but still low standard compared to what you can get at this price in Vienna. There was an uncomfortable remanent smell in the bathroom. I just can't believe this hotel is still surviving with all the competitors and the Airbnb around. I do not recommend. I don't blame the staff, they do the best they can with what they have, it's just that the owner and the management are absolutely awful.

Was here twice. Will stay here next time too. Close to the city centre. If you want a sleep night - ask room with inside view.

hello, DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL, owner is very greedy person as other reviewer suggested. i made late emergency booking at 10pm mistakenly for 1 person, arrived at hotel with my girlfriend 15 minutes later at 10:15pm, to find out room is too small even for one, impossible sleep for 2, wanted change for bigger room, but it was not available, then was told, i can cancel, so left and booked another hotel, then 20 minutes later my card was charged, after i asked owner next day to refund my money for mistaken booking that lasted 15minutes, i was asked if I am looking for free present, to which I was both surprised and shocked as he received the present from me for no service as we did not stay there. but if I was told, we cannot cancel, i would sleep on the floor, as i have no money to waste or give somebody for nothingi read he done this before too with no remorse or regret, he is greedy person with no self reflection or understanding looking to grab your money for nothing.
