5 stars because they deliver what they say. Yes the rooms are rather small, but it's a hotel, I only spend time in the room for getting dressed and sleeping. Clean room, good minibar, small shaving kit, only a shower, good bed, not noisy only the fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, very nice coffee, juice, bubbles, just excellent. And on top of this, the location is just perfect. 5 minute walk from nice restaurants, the city center, museums, christmas market (as of next week ;).

Perfect location rooms are small but has aircondition (much appreciated during heatwaves) nice breakfast and good wifi, helpful staff cheap parking nearby (8€ pr day)

Clean rooms and good enough breakfast. Free hot and cold drinks throughout the day. Very good location, right next to museumsquarter!

Very decent hotel, good value for money, great central location right next to Museumsquartier and many other tourist sights along the Ringstraße. Rooms are ok but not very large and not super modern, breakfast fine but not very cheap (€15.-)

In the main City centre and next to a metro station. Modern design but rooms are a bit too small. Perfect the 24 hours coffee bar and juices, in particular if you want to work in an open space

Clean hotel with a good atmosphere. The staff is very polite. However he beds are a bit small and the bath is also too small. Would visit again!

Very simple yet elegant look and feel of the rooms. Good services available also and good access to public transport . Free tea and coffee available at lobby for guests .

Good location (right in Museumsquarter) but not really a room you get if you need to spend time in it. Carpeting and decor look like they are from mid 1980s and have not been refreshed since. Cieling in our room had a water stain in it that was a bit ominous but it didn't fall in on us! No ac so if you come in warm months you will be using the fan they provide and sleeping on top of your sheets. Bathroom was very clean and water pressure and temperature were good. Free wifi was nice! Friendly staff.
