The hotel was in the center of all location close to Museum and 20 min walk to opera hall. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for people with special needs. There breakfast is very fulfilling only cost 15 Euro. The only concern was there was some sort of odor coming from bathroom sink.

The hotel was very nice with bright rooms and modern bathrooms. Downside was the service was lacking especially at breakfastfaulty towers type stuff! Also there's construction taking place directly across from the hotel (October 2017).

Nice hotel the center is about 20 minutes walk. Noise rooms on the street side. Excellent breakfast good modern rooms. No inside parking but they take your car to park.

Very good location and rates in comparison to nearby hotels.
A five star hotel potential.
Gym is very small
5 machines in total and no free weights.
Small sauna and a little yard in the middle.
Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly.
Parking on location is very expensive €25 pday. You can find parking 600m away from the hotel for €8.
I stayed for the price it was my attraction.

Tiny claustrophobic rooms for solo travellers, the worst I've ever come across in Austria or anywhere for that matter. Undeserving of a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars! Many much better options at the same prices, including one fantastic one just a block away!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Nice hotel, the staff was very understanding and accommodating. The parking is quite expensive, nearby parking garages are a better deal. And there was no electricity in the bathroom. It may sound peevish, but getting a shave was quite hard to do properly outside the bathroom.if you're traveling for leisure it's a great place with a good location.response / report this review -

Room was nice and clean. Smaller than we thought, but it has high ceiling. Just 2 blocks to U2 station. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

Mediocre 3 start hotel disguised as 'boutique hotel's. Missed in the very basics: A comfortable bed and pillow. Poor quality/price

The location of this hotel is great as it is right in the city centre. Stayed for a long weekend and could get every on foot. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast is served here.
