Clean and comfortable rooms. It was a little bit tacky with the decorations. Breakfast was available as with free wifi, and tourist information and bookings. Nice staff that speak English. Cafe directly downstairs. It was too good for the price to pass up, really good value. About a 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Nice hotel, pretty standard. Beds were soft and room was clean. Free WiFi was fast. They offer pasta and pizza in the lobby but they just call and order it from a nearby restaurant. Would recommend if you need a fast and easy hotel.

I had to book two reservations, due to not realising that I needed an extra day in Vienna. Thankfully they were able to accommodate and get me in a room where I didn't have to check out and check back in. Nice location, close to a hop-on-hop-off bus stop and close to the metro. Decent walking distance to St. Stephens cathedral. In a good part of the city, the area isn't that sketchy compared to other places I have visited in Europe. Beds are slightly uncomfortable, very hard. And the water was absolutely freezing. I tried to set it the hottest it would go for at least 5 mins and the water was still freezing cold

Great place. Walkable from Augarten, railway stations and bus stops. In the city centre. Rooms are small, probably the one we chose was for four occupancy and had a bunk bed. Nice breakfast spread. Very friendly staff.

The room was clean and cozy. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Free Wifi was available all day. Great location which is close to convenient store, bakery and public transport station. Highly recommend this place to those who are looking for value worthy stay!

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for a couple of days. And it was amazing. First of all, the service is really good. The receptionists were really cheerful and helpful. They gave us a lot of advice on places to visit and cheap restaurants to go to.
Secondly, the hotel is perfectly clean, almost everything is provided. Rooms were tidy. I had the chance to have interesting roommates, and meet people from all over the world either in the kitchen or the reception.
And finally, you can't find better location. The hotel is in the heart of Vienna, few minutes walking from the downtown and subway /tram station.
This hotel was perfect I really loved it. I already tried Meinenger hotel in London, and I'd say that Vienna's one is as good or even better.response / report this review -

I had high hopes for this hostel when I got there but it became apparent that it was lacking in some very basic ways.
We had a massive heat wave come through so of course the entire hostel was unbearable warm. Sadly their windows did not fully open so there was no way to actually vent the rooms. And only a limited number of fans were available, but without an open window it just swirled the hot air.
The kitchen was FILTHY! Garbage was overflowing and spilling out, fruit flies hovering around, and dishes piled up. The worst thing was that the kitchen is 4 meters from the front desk! So no enforcement from staff whatsoever to improve the situation.response / report this review -

Nice clean hotel. Inventory looked pretty new. Breakfast were good with fine selection and quickly refilled if anything were missing. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. We liked the opportunity to rent a parking lot in the basement so we had a safe place for our car. The hotel is in walking distance of the town center and otherwise theres a Metro-station close by. We had a pleasant stay and would like to stay at the hotel again, should we return to Wien.

The hostel seemed more like a hotel than a hostel. Definitely there wasn't a hostel atmosphere. The breakfast was quite expensive but above average.
They only had one washing machine, that means you will probably need to queue if you want to wash your clothes. The kitchen was also very small. Location wasn't great, but not bad either. Despite all that, the room was exceptionally clean and the price per bed was fair enough.response / report this review -

Excellent hostel: clean, friendly, nice design, cosy. The kitchen is good, fully equipped. The atmosphere is great. Different types of travellers and ages makes it a really nice place.

I stayed 5 days in this Hotel during a conference and it was very cozy and well located. The Staff was very helpful on everything i asked, and also it's very affordable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very interesting concept to match the flexibility of a youth hostel with the services of a hotel. It was a very pleasant during our stay (family of four) , relaxed and cool atmosphere, good breakfast, neat and clean everywhere. The staff always with a smile and very helpful. We 'll stay again to a Meininger hotel.

I stayed in room with 4 beds. The room was big. The best thing was a bathroom. It was clean and comfortable, the receptionists were polite and fast. The hotel has good bar and some food near the reception available 24 hours. Wifi worked perfect.
Hairdryer did not work. It was very unpleasant smell In the hall and the room.
There was even no possibility to open the window ((
But in total, the hostel is very good and cheap. So I will come back their again and suggest to my friends.response / report this review -

We had a very nice stay during our weekend trip to Viena. Hotel has a very good location - we had not used transport during sightseeing at all, main points of interest are within half-hour walk. Room was perfectly clean, all the equipment in perfect condition. Want to stress the point, that guest kitchen available in hotel is just perfect when you travel with kids. Breakfast proposed enough variety of foods. Thanks to the stuff for perfect service!
