Nice environment, close to city centre. Rooms are very clean, modern-looking, exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds. Only stayed for 1 night and did not opt for breakfast, so I could not provide you any information on the food&restaurant. Very good value for money. For the night we could park on the street across for free (from Friday to Saturday morning), parking for one day is 17 EUR in the hotel which I found a bit expensive.

Convenient location. Room with large patio, very comfortable. Receptionist is polite and helpful and cute, speak good English. the computer was down when I checked out, so I wasn't able to pay cash but the receptionist explained the reason to us. Breakfast has good variety to choose from. The only drawback is that the single bed in the room a bit too small. Overall satisfied stay, will recommend to others.

Hotel is pleasant but service is nowhere near 5 stars. Starting from reception and restaurant staff.. Specially guys making eggs..so useless and slow. Let's say, it is hotel with 5 star potential..but not quite there.. Staff needs some improvement

The Hotel was a good decision to go to when we visited Vienna.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

+ nice and clean rooms.
+ friendly staff
+ 10 min away (walking) from the Underground train.
- the glasses of the breakfast and the tablet should be clean (see picture)
- the cleaning team just removed our remote without telling us.

Very nice and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Rich buffet breakfast. Although not central most places in vienna accessible via the underground. Staff friendly and smart and understand English. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable.

Not central. But close to ubhan (underground transport) from where you can reach all vienna. Excellent rooms, nice and comfortable. Very good and generous breakfast. Staff very helpful and could easily communicate through English language.

Great family hotel. A little bit of a walk to the U Bahn however in a nice area with shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Had gluten free bread available at breakfast. Comfortable room and beds. Really good value. Would stay again.

Nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Need to walk a bit for subway but overal it is it quiet location of the town. Rooms, bathroom were modern, clean - I really like that. Had room under roof with great view from window on the town - you could enjoy atmosphere of the town. Staff was nice. Stayed there only 1 night but would return on my next business trip to Vienna.

To the Belvedere Palace, you can go by walk.
The closest Metro station is at ~700 meters, but there is a Tram station at around 200 meters distance, so you can take the tram to the metro, because you can use the same ticket for both of them.
