Good breakfast, comfy but shabby, rooms, clean. Maximum 2 beds per room. If you have third with you, they won't sleep well.

I made a reservation for this hotel at least a month ago, but when we arrive at the hotel the reception guy said "all of the rooms are fully booked". Please be careful, for this hotel, the reservation was totally meaningless. Anyway, they booked the other hotel as an alternative way, but it is hard to forget the panic I felt.

Very nice value historic hotel across main train station. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Free Buffet is great with a lot of choice for breakfast. Small bar to get coffee or drink on the ground floor. Free WiFI works great. We had a room with two balconies. Double doors to outside, so it is very quite. Highly recommend.

Nice and cost hotel for budget Traveller. Customer service is excellent as the breakfast buffet. Rooms are small, but everything in a working order and maintained well. Free speedy wifi. Locations excellentl: on one side is the main train station, on the other side quite neighborhoods. 3 short block from the Prince Eugene Savoy Belvedere Park and Palace.

Clean rooms with AC, less than 5 minutes walk to main train station (from there you can catch a direct train to the airport 15 min ride), and less than 5 minutes to the metro station (~10 minutes ride to city center). Can also walk to the city center in about half an hour, very pleasant walk. Breakfast is great, enough selection. Would recommend.

Sieht zwar ein wenig heruntergekommen aus, aber das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber recht klein. Durch die guten Kundenrezessionen hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Zum Übernachten reicht es, ein längerer Aufenthalt müsste aber nicht sein.

Amazing hotel. Great location, less than 10 minute walk from train station. Huge room with fridge, spacious bathroom, big bathtub, amazing breakfast with eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, bread, fruit, and other things as well. Very pleased

This hotel should be rated as 3 star hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable and had a dent in the middle, it wasn't flat. The carpet had stains and the whole room had a bit of a worn down feeling to it, with humidity stains and scratched walls. Wi-Fi didn't work in the room (511), the signal was too weak. It was the first time, in a '4 star' hotel, that I called the reception, to have wine glasses and a corkscrew delivered to the room, and got asked to go to the hotel bar and ask if they have it! Breakfast was a little disappointing with overcooked bland scrambled eggs, supermarket cakes being served and horrible coffee.

I am very happy with my stay to this hotel. The location its great. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from underground station and Vienna main train station. Its only 20 minutes by train from airport and only 3 minutes by underground to city center. The bedroom was big and very clean. The only issue was that the quilt was not big enough to cover myself when sleeping. The breakfast was tasty, especially the delicious crepes.
