Great location but small room

Hotel easy to find.
Staff just do the minimum necessary.
Rooms very outdated to say the least.
Building works starting at 7am till 3pm with proper banging and drilling. So forget if you want to rest.

Personally I would no recommend.

An old style hotel. Excellent location and access to public transportation. Large room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent free WiFi. Good value for money.

An excellent smaller hotel with a lot of character. The period decor and ornate staircase really add to the atmosphere. Rooms are modern and clean, bathrooms have their own toiletries. A great buffet breakfast is served, offering both cooked and child items. The proximity to the U-bahn makes getting anywhere in Vienna straightforward. However, this area itself is great for shopping.
