The bathroom was poorly designed, disastrous consequence is the bathroom and bedroom were flooded! And the hotel authority can only provide tons of towel to help. Could not change room due to full house. The bathroom was designed badly without proper draining considerations. After all, location and mattress are good.

Really central location, just across the road from the main train station and short walk to main town/city. Room was clean and spacious. Wifi wasn't great but overall a pleasant stay and would recommend!

The bathroom picture is totally different with the real situation. Really old hotel and not clean. Very noisy and small bedroom that we can't open a suitcase. Can't take a shower, cause the water will flow over not only in the bathroom but also in your bedroom. When we talked hotel staff, he just said "he could not do anything, don't shower tonight" with terrible attitude. That's really crazyif you want stay this hotel without shower just go aheadbest wishes !!!

Not having air conditioning, makes it difficult to stay during summer. Also, one cannot open the window because it's too noisy outside.
Breakfast is expensive but there are good cafes around. Very close to the subway station. Clean and staff are friendly.

It is just across the train station. They keep your luggage for you if your train is past checkout hours. It has close metro station nearby.
Start walking from there and you won't miss anything in Vienna.
Staff are very kind and helpful.

It is a well placed hotel, but at first we didnt have eletricity in outro room, and today we didnt have water for a Short período of time

Hotel is best buy for this price. Location is good, daily house-keeping, so it's clean. As other say, bad thing is that it's too hot inside and if you want a cool and fresh air you need to hold the window opened, and hotel is in street with very large traffic so it's pretty noisy. Bottom line: best service for the price. :)

The staff was very helpful. The greatest advantage is the location. Room was ok, cleaned and comfortable. I liked staying at this hotel and would choose again if will come in Vienna.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel has an excellent location for commuting around the city and outside it - it's in close proximity to the railway station and to a metro station.
The breakfast was modest, but tasty and worth the price. The bathroom in the room I found spacious and very comfortable. The room itself - small but cosy. The bed was also very comfortable, although the furniture as a whole is rather old. The only negative side I can state is that the walls seem rather thin and one can hear the neighbours, especially if they happen to be talking loudly. Overall, the hotel is worth the price. It's excellent for a short sightseeing stay.
