Really bad hotel ! The rooms have minimal furnishings and it lacks basic amenities like a bathrobe, lotion and soap! You need to pay a deposit of 20 Euros to use a kettle too.
The air conditioner did not work in my room and even after contacting the reception multiple times, there was no response! They very sarcastically told me to open my "room window". Poorly managed hotel .. wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
Highly disappointing.
Nothing good here except the location - right in front of the metro station.

It s clean but the decor might appeal to the older demographic. Breakfast was really average comparing to breakfasts in Germany. There was no fresh fruit, just fruit salad in September. Also they wrote juice on dispensers of Bravo drinks which are at most 10% juice. I would not stay there again. Plus, expensive.

Clean and comfortable room (with bathtub). Professional personnel. Reasonable price. U-Bahn is very close.

Wi-Fi worked only near room's door.

Overall a nice hotel with a good breakfast and the location is ideal. It is affordable but yet close to the city centre. The metro station is literally across the street and 2 stations away from Karlsplatz. Try the upper floors for more quiet rooms which are all rather spacious. The noises from next rooms can be heard and that is a minus.

Had terrible time getting AC to work, had to change rooms once. I feel they don't service them often enough. Very convenient location though, literally across street from underground station.
