The hotel in itself is beautiful, nice amenities.. The service is AWFUL, the receptionists are not helpful At All. They have two doors on opposite sides of the hotel and they do not comunícate well and do not seam interested in doing a better job.
If you wait at one end a your guide is waiting for you on the other end they don't make sure to let you get this information and you can loose a flight or a tour because of this.

Had just breakfast here - the service was great / impeccable, the ambiance of the terasse too; the only comment I would have about the breakfast selection - I remember having much better selection of food / items in 4* in Europe/US, here it was a bit lacking ( good, but still lacking)

I am not sure why there are so many 4 and 5 here. Three is nothing really wrong with the hotel but compared to other Park Hyatt's in the world this hotel is just OK in my opinion. Swimming pool, breakfast, room (in the new tower) is very ordinary. Didn't try the in-house dining. Staffs were trying very hard to provide good services but sometimes it looks like they lack the experience.

42nd trip to Argentina, stayed here because of the staffs attention to details, new modern section overlooking beautiful gardens, convenient to shops & restaurants, excellent cuisine onsite.

Nothing beats this old and beautifully maintained mansion. Concierge Valeria was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The interiors are of museum quality and the location in Recoleta was unbeatable. Truly memorable stay

This boutique hotel is home away from home. The staff is very friendly and passionate about their work. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious. Location of the hotel is perfect .

International chain hotel. When you are inside, it's impossible to understand if you are in Buenos Aires or somewhere else in the world. OK, it's luxury and blah blah blah, but still what's the point? Yes, there is a historic building, but there are only few suits there and apparently they are not able to confirm them when you book. Most of the rooms are located in a sort of skyscraper. From my room on 16th floor I have a view on concrete jungle. The hotel is well located and may be ideal if you come for business. But it's neither a romantic hotel, nor it's good for a vacation.

Spectacular patio for an afternoon tea or early aperitif. I didn't stay at the hotel but went there to meet some friends and have an afternoon catch up. Peace in the middle of Buenos Aires fast pace environment is sometimes a great way to relax

Modern, elegant and in an excellent location in Buenos Aires' swanky Recoleta neighborhood. My room is clean, comfortable and quiet with a good bed (quite firm mattress) and crisp white linens. The bathroom has a rain-head shower and a bath long enough for me at 6'2". The staff are excellent and speak flawless English in contrast to my poor Spanish.
