Decent hotel with a great location. Solid room. Nice breakfast included. Front Desk was a bit cold and at points unhelpful. This cost 1 star. Housekeeping was superb.

Great accommodations, we requested a handicap room for my father and it was perfect. He was able to get around the room and use the handicap shower with ease. Breakfast was delightful. Great service, wonderful food, and pleasant atmosphere. Loved that the hotel was next to the Recoleta cemetery and close to shopping. We would happily stay here again.

Location was perfect for us: in an historical area of Buenos Aires, close to a small shopping mall, a lot of restaurants close by. Safe area, clean, lively. The hotel itself is great: kind of recent, large rooms, bathroom was clean and large. The hotel restaurant offers a very nice breakfast, and dinner menu is really acceptable. Staff was friendly and dedicated.

We love Loi Suites in Recoleta. The staff speaks English and is friendly and helpful. Great restaurants nearby and nice shops. Recoleta Cemetery is 5 minutes away.

I usually don´t write negative reviews but this time due my experience, I just had to :
I don´t know how come this hotel is rated 5 stars, I´ve travelled around the world, and this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed :
1) The air conditioner is controlled from the reception, I had to call them in order to change it and they didn´t even explain it was changed from there, so me and my partner tought the system was broken and we were waiting for someone to come to our room, until I called them again, where only then they explained the air conditioner was controlled from there. The receptionist was rude and sarcastic while doing it so.
2) The carpet in the room had stains;
3) The queen size bed was super unconfortable ( hard matress)
4) I had to call to request for an iron & board, it took them 30 min, until I called again, the receptionist was incredible rude affirming someone´s was bringing it now, it took more 15 min. Never apolagised.
5) The Bedroom cleaners never replaced the feminin kit which contains 2 discs of cotton and a nail file, I literally had to request for one all the four days I stayed there;
6) I called the reception for water where they redirected me to the room service, when I asked if they spoke english, they hung up on me.
7) The shower in our room had half glass door covering it, which means no matter how carefull you are the water gets out and wets all the floor, also right next to it there is the only plug in the bathroom , where they connect the hair dryer, obviously this is incredibly dangerous!
Is not the first time I stay in a hotel where people don´t speak the universal language, and that´s ok, it was the lack of respect and welcomming hospitality performed by those that got me incredibly indignant.response / report this review -

Great experience. Friendly service, comfortable bed, food was good, the breakfast was to die for, except for lack of variety in juice. The winter garden had a relaxing effect. Unfortunately, wooden floors and no carpet, the room can be a bit of a boombox.

Comida muy rica y porción abundante (para uno, pero cantidad generosa). Poca variedad de platos. Lugar muy lindo, tranquilo y mucho espacio entre mesas. Voy a volver
