Dirty hotel, cleaning staff do not their work.
Running belt it's possible to the the wet drops from the person whom was using it before. Breakfast is not the right word. Every day the same marmalade (peach). No variation. No cheese or something like that. No eggs. By using the card to get power for the room you listen a chain, loud enough to wake up the neighbour. Same sound by changing the room temperature for the air condition. Maximum 3 stars. Not more.response / report this review -

Habitación linda y con buen espacio. Limpieza bien. Mucho olor a cloaca en distintas partes del hotel y en el baño de la habitación. Habitación del piso 10 difícil para dormir mucho ruido debe haber sala de máquinas o algo así arriba. Desayuno regular productos de baja calidad. No hay maletero, no tiene cochera. Atención del personal poco amable.

Buena atención. La zona está buena y el hotel está muy bien cuidado. Todo muy limpio y aseado. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Que tengan horno microondas es un plus. Pueden mejorar el desayuno. El café es regular y el jugo de naranja no es rico, las medialunas eran del día anterior.

Very good area, with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Just one block from the subway station. The room us very good with a fridge and microwave oven. Just the shower that don't work fine with hot water at the rush time (7:00 am).

All is according to your needs: if you need an affordable accommodation, and if you do not have trouble sleeping, it is ok. If you are the type of people you look at details and you look for a restful place, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed in this hotel just because it is close to my family, not other reason.
It is located at a nice neighborhood of Buenos Aires, plenty of nice stores of any kind (food, clothing, laundry, pharmacy, you name it you have it; hotel is located at a corner. The hotel IS NOT close to downtown, you need to travel by bus, subway, train or taxi to downtown.
It is VERY noise day and night, difficult to have a good night sleep, noises of any kind, buses until 2AM are passing by and trust me they are loud, and groups of people STANDING at the outside entrance of the hotel talking all the time, you will hear them a lot from your room; also a "cartoneros" (people who collect trash to sell) group of people standing exactly in the front corner of the hotel are horrible to see and a little scary to pass by: I do not understand why the hotel do not complain to the Buenos Aires city police to remove them, they are disgusting.
Amenities: breakfast: it is ok for Argentinians who do not eat protein during the morning: it is pastries, apples, canned peach, cereal, coffee, tea, milk. Pastries goes away soon if you get breakfast around 9 am they do not fill the basket again, poor service about that; I consider they should serve eggs when they know it is American tourists in the hotel but they seems to do not care; I was 18 days in the hotel, every day was the same type of breakfast, the only variation was one day chocolate pound cake, another day vanilla pound cake.
Bedding: bed is just ok, towels do not reach the good quality for a hotel, towels are not quite white and most of the have spots, this is the MOST I DISLIKE, poor quality and care about that.
Bedroom: it has a bar with microwave and refrigerator, sink also, bathroom is ok, bed is ok.
Average cleaning is good, service is ok, if you ask they help you but they are not about details. A woman named Alicia was very kind all the time.
Front desk: the girls were very kind and helpful, more than the boys who did not seem to care anything.
It is just a hotel with basic needs nothing else.response / report this review -

Excelente relación precio/calidad. Buena atención.
Desayuno mínimo pero aceptable.
Habitaciones excelentes, muy bien equipadas y confortables.
Todo impecable en cuanto a higiene.
Me hubiera gustado saber que el SPA incluido se tenía que reservar con una semana de anticipación.
La imágenes de Google Street están desactualizadas, el hotel se encuentra muy bien mantenido.response / report this review -

Una mierda quize hospedarme y la verga esa ahí que atiende me dejo ahí afuera como si fuera un delincuente Basura de hotel y peor el sorete ese que esta ahí de recepcionista en cancun me atendieron como un y esta lacra de mierda no se quien mierda se creebasura de hotel.

Ker Urquiza was not as nice as the Ker Belgrano. If you are looking for an affordable option I would recommend going to the Belgrano one instead. We had no problems with the customer service but the rooms are small and uncomfortable with unpleasant views. The beds and sheets are uncomfortable and the bathrooms look dirty because they are so old. Basically if aesthetics are important to you I would not recommend this hotel, you will be uncomfortable.
