Worst experience ever at Accor hotels. This Novotel seems to be a Ibis. The room is small, the bed is horrible and pillows are thins as pancakes. The room needs maintenance asap. The walls are dirty, the water temperature at the shower is quite difficult to control, there are some wires exposed and finishing is falling on the floor. The hotel is at one of the main avenues of BA and it is very noisy as the windows can not isolate the sound. I really do not recommend.

I stayed here with a cousin when i was visiting some family since many many but many years and it was my first time in Buenos Aires. Although we werent in the hotel for very long, we had to cancel all our plans one day due to local protests- which was fine because we spent time in the pool and we had it all to ourselves! We ordered some food and our compliments to the Chef for that! it was lovely, tasty. The attitude of the staff was helpful and friendly. We thank them all for a peacful stay.!

The layout /architecture of the room is amazing. However the hotel fails in some aspects: every room has a carpet and in some rooms the WiFi signal strength is awful (disconnecting several times during use)

This hotel is the worst hotel i have ever been to it smells like a dead body wrapped in another dead body and the food quality was so bad i got food poisoning and pooped myself all the time and threw up all the time especially when i was sleeping and choked on my barf. The only good thing was the pool jk the pool was awful and I nearly died from all the chlorine in the pool after i fell in from the ugly women there i was like why are there so many ugly fat women at this hotel i think this was trying to say i was fat but i really know i am not fat so do not make me feel bad about myself because i am a strong independent man and shall let no hotel decide my weight.
