Nice room, good food in the main restaurant, bar food could have been better. I am well aware it is mostly Portuguese, but struggled to communicate in English.

The services are excellent. The negative side is the front side needs cleaning. The trash all over the river at front side needs removal to give better view of the hotel.

I stayed for a week, and will be doing so again later this month which I look forward to. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and well equipped. If I was to ask for anything it would be to have a brighter light at the bedside despite the reading light.
The bar area on the 8th floor is great, and there is a well equipped gym and spa. Maybe a greater selection of light meals like tapas?
All the common areas felt comfortable and secure

Stay was good. Only missing was kettle and coffee/tea provision in the room plus availability of mobile sim card that can be bought at the boutique in the lobby.

In an international hotel, hard to find any staff speaking English. One hour waiting time to checkout, waiting for complaining customers. The terms agreed with my company were not respected.

At bar floor 8 beer too expensive out 150 KZ at the 900 KZ no desert golden park hotel is cheaper than have peanut free. The dinner and breakfast very good. The should have castle some time have to business advance counter not yet open, can make coffee be fore travel. But every think good.

The Hotel is very nice. Stayed only 1 night. I liked the room, halls and the food was perfect. The only thing, made me to dissapointed is the price. It's terribly high. Around $480 for the ceapest room and lunch is around $70 for a person. Yes, all was nice, but it can't be so much, iven if it is a prosperous and expensive country. This is a main reason, i would never choose this hotel by myself. It's inadecvate expensive comparing to worldwide hotels

Please make sure that whatever you have in the bar at 8th floor has the same quality as in the bar downstairs. I have requested a "prego no pao sandwich" in 8th floor bar that was great, when I have requested the same thing with the exact same price (6500 AKZ) downstairs was totally different. It had a totally different quality bread, and was very small compared to the sandwich in the 8th floor bar, but the same price. If you want to keep the price please sell with the same quality. I felt fooled. And by the way, my name is Marla and not Maria as it is in the survey email that I have received.
