Not as we expected.we just came back from our honeymoon in Coco Bay.We had a good relaxing time however our experiences in the past in other all inclusive resorts all around the world have been much much better .
Hotel room looked nice but was not deep cleaned regularly. You could see dust and spiders in differet corners of the room and pillow sheets were not changed regularly.in general not a very comfortable room with only one uncomfortable chair no coffee table and a noisy bed.
Bathroom was clean and nice.
Drinks and cocktails and smoothies were great and available all the time however the only drink you would have in the room was water.
Food quality is good however the variety and the size of portions are almost insufficient. If you are picky with food you might have a problem. I mean you wont be starving but do not come with "all inclusive "expectation. Staff are nice ..pools are amazing . Gorgeous views however i wish there were more umbrellas in the resort for the ones who prefer to stay in the shade.

Absolutely fantastic. Great staff, food. Accommodation. And the views something to behold. Torquoise sea and beautiful Sandy beaches. Quiet and relaxing.

Hands down best place we've been. Not sure how you can beat your own private cottage and pool. Staff was amazingly friendly and made sure they went out of their way to give you the best time possible. (A very small gesture but went far with me, we forgot to put the room service sign up and we left for the day for an excersion. When we returned they had all our fresh bath and beach towels waiting for us at the front desk). Highly recommend booking directly with the hotel you get some extra perks with it.

I can’t describe how relaxing Cocobay resort is. We wanted to take a long weekend and hopped over from St. Thomas to take a break on a different beautiful island. We are staying in “Soursop”, which has its own plunge pool and slipper tub on a large patio.
We had a hell of a travel day, just to make it the 200 miles to Antigua. After spending over two hours standing in line at immigration, and someone claiming to be us taking our car service, the second we stepped on to the property, the amazing staff took care of any requests we had. Food has been delicious. The room and the grounds are meticulously kept.
We had a private dinner on the beach and there was no attention to detail spared. This has been the relaxation and rejuvenation we needed to go back to rebuilding after the hurricanes.

Our stay at Cocobay in Antigua was very refreshing and relaxing. The friendly staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy yourself. The views are incredible and the food and drinks are top notch. Take that vacation you have always thought about and let Cocobay do the hosting you will not regret it.

The resort is amazing. The cottages and so beautiful and are maintained daily by housekeeping. Added bonus is the hammock on the balcony and provided beach towels! The food and drinks leave you wanting for nothing.really delicious! The staff are friendly, helpful and attentivenothing is too much trouble. The resort is beautifully clean and the pools are lovely. Free non motorised sports too. Lovely place to a special occasion

My husband and I spent a few days here for our honeymoon. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Our cottage was quaint and had breathtaking views.
All the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always want to make sure you're enjoying yourself. It's a small resort, so you get to know the staff during your stay.
The food was always a nice variety and we enjoyed it.

Heaven on earth! We have had the most amazing vacation here that we could ever imagine. From the views, to the food, vibe, drinks and quietness, to the most amazing staffRemon, Zee, Jimmy, Sharon and each person in this amazing place, made our honeymoon more amazing that words can describe! We never go back twice to the same place, but we will come back here with no doubt!
I would recommend this place in a million percent for couple only really, not big groups amazingly romantic, there are stuff to do but the vibe is all the time relaxed. Views are amazing from every spot on the property.

If you are looking for a totally relaxing vacation where everyone makes you feel special and welcomed then look no further than Cocobay Resort. The food is excellent, dinners are like a 5 star restaurant quality in a super relaxed setting. The staff is excellent, from the resort manager to the restaurant manager to all the wait staff, everything was fantastic, we are already planning our next visit, can’t wait to go back.

This hotel is Perched on a hill with outstanding panoramic views and wedged between two famously popular beaches in the southern section of Antigua.
One is spoilt for choice at Cocobay Resort (Antigua) which in this is a good thing. Many other options are available to the fun loving traveler
The hotel grounds are to been enjoyed along with the breathtaking scenery. The facilities and amenities are all top notch. There is definitely something for everyone.response / report this review -

Awesome place with stunning views around which is well placed near Coco beach the side of the Caribbean calm waters and unforgettable turquoise. The resort is very nice and the old style rooms are 100% in mint condition, the bed is so comfortable and pillows were exactly how you want them. The idea that is no television makes this place unique and a stay here for a week is totally refreshing you. There are different type of rooms like the deluxe ones which are offering the best options and services of course, depending on everyone's wishes. The food was excellent, breakfast was eggs any way you would like, toast, bagels, sausage, bacon etc. all was very tasty. Lunch was always different but mostly fish, one day was burgers, chicken its a buffet all prepared very well. Dinner was great as well but sometime the portions seemed a little small but delicious! Desserts were fabulous. There is paninis at the 1st pool in the afternoon and tea and small finger sandwichs afternoon at the bar by the restaurant. There is Ice cream served in cones at the pool and fresh fruit salad on the beach which was so welcome! The beach was very clean, plenty of huts and towels and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time, feel free to leave a tip and you will be very appreciated. The location is close to the airport and the ride is around half an hour. Highly recommended this dream location !!!

Great for honeymoon or holiday if you're into eating, drinking and relaxing with nice beaches and lots of beautiful views. The staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Plenty to do around the island if you want to keep busy but that's not really what you should be choosing Antigua for!

Very unique style, nice little private beach and easy access to the public beach which is gorgeous! Various areas inside the resort that allows you not to feel trapped or full with people.. Great service staff!

We got married here,the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, the views are beautiful and the rooms are great with ur own plunge pool, major bonus is adults only can't praise this place enough.

Phenomenal experience at Cocobay! Every room has a wonderful view (I walked around the entire property). The staff is incredible and the food is amazing. We booked through the resort so everything on the menu was covered! - there is lobster, steak, and shrimp that is normally an extra charge.
I recommend bringing lots of bug spray (both with and without deet), cuz the bugs are brutal. I went in late-June. But it is well worth it! Bring anti-itch cream, sunscreen, and your own refillable water bottle (they will fill whatever you want in it at the bars).
Hobie catsailing was awesome! We got to see some sea turtles. If you don't know how to sail, Robert will take you out. There is also kayaking and snorkeling as well, which were fun!response / report this review -

Such a good week! The views and sunset are incredible, two pools so plenty of room. The evening food is a three course menu with amazing options each night. The bar has a great selection. The staff are so helpful and really make you feel 100% welcome! The rooms are cute and boutique style with plenty of room. The only down falls are the wifi isn't free (come on its 21st century) and there is not any information in your room about the resort or local amenities. Make sure you go to Shirley heights on Sunday, the hotel arrange a shuttle. The closest ATM is a Jolly Harbor ($20 taxi ride away), make sure you bring some cash with you.

My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon in June. Since then, we have visited another all inclusive resort in Mexico and were let down, as we expected the amazing service, beauty and food of Cocobay Resort. We find our selves daydreaming of snorkeling off the beach or watching the sunrise from the balcony of our cottage. Every pina colada we have had since our visit has been compared to that of the resort. Please take me back to the chair on the beach, a book, and one of those delicious drinks. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed and the staff was so friendly. The views from premium waterfront suite were spectacular. Views from entire resort were breathtaking. The staff decorated our suite as a surprise for our 20 yr anniversary.it was so nice. And, the food was top notch at every meal, especially dinner. Every meal was just so delicious. We are already planning to return. We found our new slice of paradise. Thank you to the entire staff at Cocobay. Perfect resort for relaxation, no kids either.

Cocobay Resort was absolutely amazing. From the very moment we stepped out of the airplane we were greeted with our transportation and arrived at the hotel in less than 30 minutes. Upon arrival we received cold rags and a chilled glass of rum punch. Every accommodation we requested from the beginning to end was met and all of our expectations were exceeded. The food was amazing, the scenery couldn't be beat and the staff was out of this world. We had the BEST honeymoon ever and it is all thanks to cocobay and the wonderful place it is. From the private plunge pools, to private hammocks and the private dinner on the beach it was all truly more than we had ever imagined. They went above and beyond to make our time great. We came back from dinner in the middle of the week to roses and candles lit all around the room and came back on our last night to a special treat from the hotel. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back to Cocobay and make it an annual trip. We miss it already and have only been gone for a day! HIGHLY recommend.
