I recommend staying here if you want a quiet, peaceful beach vacation with great service. This is a boutique resort, it only accommodates around 30 couples max, so it's cozy. They don't have some larger resort options such as rentable kayaks or an all day buffet, but we went to just relax and we were taken care of. We stayed in late May.

My fiancé has food allergies and they were able to accommodate almost everything without a problem. A manager made sure to come over to us at every dinner and explain how the meal could be suited to our needs. We didn't get the same at other meals.

The service is outstanding for the most part. Some of the team members really know what they're doing, but it was a bit inconsistent. For example, some team members understood food allergies off the bat, others didn't know ingredients well enough for us to be confident. We made sure to find someone knowledgeable though!

The food is very good for resort food and the wine service at dinner is a great touch. The bar is nice if you stick to the menu drinks (read: sugary beach cocktails) but they didn't know how to make some common cocktails such as a negroni. We taught them how to make some things and they were very accommodating.

The beach is well kept and beautiful. Water is crystal clear. The beach beds are amazing and make the resort stand out among others.

I give 4 stars just because of some inconsistency in quality of service, but I still recommend this to anyone looking for a low key holiday. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

If your not ashamed to try the food then you will love it. The bed on the beach is the perfect place to lay sun up to sun down. The food is brought to you on the beach and it being all included is the best part. The staff is all nice and acare one of the guys there are great. Theres a walk three town to see 5he area which can show you how they live. All and all except for the online info being a touch misleading it's worth going if your just looking to relax. They also have tea time.yes I said tea time. I loved tea time it's a little finger sandwich and a cake with coffee or tea of different flavors.

Loved our spacious room in the main building with balcony opening up directly ocean front. Bed was comfortable and had mosquito netting. Best part of the room was the private outdoor shower!! Mini fridge restocked daily with beer, water, and soda. The staff were great and attentive. The highlight of the trip was the amazing food! This is an all inclusive resort but there was no buffets - all made to order. The seafood was unbelievably good as well as pretty much anything we ordered.

The only cons were the mosquitos (which they do fog for twice/week) but were still bothersome in the evening, and the lack of Bali beds for each couple. You had to make sure you were up by 6am if you wanted one for the morning but some were available by mid afternoon.

I had no accommodation at the resort but the beach is looking stunning, clear turquoise water and extra fine golden sand. At the time I’ve visited didn’t look too busy and the resort is looking so simple and rustic just perfect if you are looking for a quiet virgin beach. The people don’t need any introduction on this beautiful island as they are always welcoming any visitor with a large smile on their faces and a lot of friendliness.

Great place for a relaxing holiday. Very basic rustic accommodation. BUT the food and the wonderfully friendly staff made all the difference. Highly recommended.

We stayed for our honeymoon first week of April! It was amazing, calm, and serene. It’s on the more low key side of the island but close enough for a day shopping. The food is beyond amazing and the staff is accommodating! We loved every moment and can’t wait to return for our post baby moon!

Keyonna is exactly what couples in need of rest and relaxation dream of: beautiful views, comfortable and clean accommodations, helpful staff and amazing food. I read the one review by "Bright Clean Services" that almost made me book elsewhere but having experienced Keyonna myself, its obvious that the review is completely bogus.

Check-in at Keyonna starts off with a "What would you like to drink?" rather than the usual checking your credit card info (that you already provided at booking). Instead, you're provided with information on when they fog for mosquitoes (twice a week at 5 p.m. when we visited for Thanksgiving weekend), nearby attractions and how to get access to those locations, and various amenities nearby. The rooms are large, have functional netting around the four poster king-sized beds that keep bugs away while you sleep and are cleaned thoroughly each day. The mini-fridge gets re-stocked with soda, Carib beers and bottled water during the day. The outdoor showers connected to the huge bathroom have high wooden fencing that lets you look at the beautiful outdoors while showering under rainfall shower-heads. The beach is literally right in front of your rooms. If you want to grab 30 minutes on a jet ski, let an attendant know. They'll call a reputable (i.e. insured) service over and you can play either attended or on your own for a very reasonable price. Bring cash. Convenience factor = 100+! The food was better than 5 star NYC restaurants. I am not a morning person but I got up in time for breakfast every morning and got back to the resort (after exploring the island) by lunch just so I could make sure I didn't miss out on the amazing food. The staff are so lovely. Do yourself a favor and spend a long weekend at Keyonna.

The food is incredible. The views are incredible. Your going to love it there. Order a wadadli and chill in the beach. Then ask the beach boy to call you some jet skis so you can go up and down the beach.

Firstly I would like to mention that we are in Antigua on our honeymoon writing this review in the professional and well organised Blue Water Cove hotel ,where do we start?!!
Let's start with the aesthetics of the Keyonna beach, the layout, the simplicity and the setting is amazing (once upon a time) I won't go into detail about specifics , but the whole place needs some love put back into it .
This is not why I am giving it a terrible review , from entering into Keyonna beach from the expectation of kuonis exclusivity and glossy selling points ,initially you are hit by the most amazing beach in the Caribbean , but behind this illusion what you're really entering is an unmanaged, unloved , neglected environment that's surviving on the sole illusion of the beach .
Management are a disgrace ,the female receptionist and manager seem to have a complete lack of understanding of the most basic empathy ,what I didn't mention to you was that we were getting married at this hotel!
2 days in we returned to the hotel for our lunch and were pounced on immediately by the reception girl that checked us in ,with her po face she told us we would be moving rooms so to go pack our stuff asap! We have 60kg of wedding gear unpacked and all set out for our big day , so I asked are we getting an upgrade?? To which the most bizarre reply was "we just want you to have a different view!" . I said we are not doing anything until we've had lunch . As the rep Jason was there I told him we are not moving anywhere . I'm not even going to bore you with the insulting details that came after but know that once we left lunch and returned to the beach we were hounded down by the female manager, the receptionist, Jason, and the wedding coordinator on the phone till 6pm trying to force us out of the room THEY had assigned us to!!
Then come the lies, they said they had given us this room as we were getting married for just a few days , basically any cunning reply to move us out of this room ( we did not move out of principal)
3 days on, wedding day, we got married on the beach nice and easy, while watching the manager eat her lunch, no acknowledgment or congratulations to us both that a wedding had just taken place in her hotel!
Following day the start of our honeymoon, no sun beds!!!?
2 days later our room was robbed!!!!!!!!!
Prior to leaving the UK having read things being stolen from keyonna on trip advisor we queried with Kuoni our concerns as we were getting married there if our things would be safe?! To which the response was there is a safe there and we don't want to upset the hotel with these questions. So being savvy we locked all our things in the safe and inside our lockable suitcases , but what was stolen was a £160 portable speaker , my wife's cigarettes and lighter can you believe?! You can imagine now why we are writing this review in another hotel .
The manager as usual was full of robotic 'sorry sir ' , it took the owner of the hotel to be informed for him to reimburse us our time there financially, as correct as this was its only money .
But hold on, it hasn't ended there , after the constant apologies , as we were getting into our taxi out of this dreadful place to our new hotel we were presented with a bill for our wedding that had already been paid 3 months prior to leaving the UK!!!!!
There's more ( can you believe) picture we are now out of this dreadful place and on our way to a safe hotel , when we arrive in the taxi Keyonna had organised for us we were then presented with a taxi bill!!!!!! We had to convince the taxi driver that Keyonna was fitting the bill for this as that had stated.
You may read lots of reviews as we did on this hotel that are very good but let's hope if you do book it you don't have any issues because if you do management will insist its your fault and won't accept responsibility of any kind.
So we are now enjoying the rest of our honeymoon in a normal safe hotel ,though we are being looked after here it was never our choice of hotel.
Kuoni will be hearing from us about this once we are back in the UK

My husband and I just returned from Keyonna last weekend after a five night stay. I wish we could have stayed even longer and we plan to return again. It is rustic, but upscale and exactly what we needed. It was our first vacation without children in 4 years. We stayed in a plunge pool cottage, number 39 and we loved it. It's next to an abandoned hotel, but I had no concern at all about safety, the only visitors to the next door property were an occasional goat. Our room was far from the road and we slept soundly every night. We loved the outdoor shower and our private Bali bed was perfect. The staff is amazing and food was wonderful and selection varied. They served several Antiguan dishes, such as fungi and conch, which were amazing. The wine steward, Rohan, was great and also did an informative wine tasting one night. Sandy and Gerry-Lee were perfect at breakfast and lunch. We are a fan of hot sauce on eggs and they brought out house-made sauce for us on request and we even bought a bottle to take home. Lisa was our housekeeper and she introduced herself personally and made us feel at home. Acarie was the beach attendant and he was fabulous, helped us schedule an escursion with Shelly Jay jeep tours and brought us drinks whenever we needed. I have traveled all over the world and to numerous islands in the Caribbean and this is the only time I've said that I would go back to a specific hotel. This was one of the most relaxing vacations that I have ever been on. If you want complete privacy, rent a private island. But Keyonna has one of the quietest, most relaxing and beautiful beaches ever! My only suggestion is to outline the gratuity policy. As an American, we tip for good service, so I'd like to know if tipping is expected or have an option for an envelope at the end of my stay. The staff is very quiet and reserved, but also very helpful to any questions you may have, it adds to the peace of the resort. I cannot wait to return!

All the good stuff's been said: Staff go over and beyond to keep you pampered (even remember your preferences), views are breathtaking, drinks get served to you on the beach, good place to snorkel, and saying the food is heavenly is a massive understatement. The pool is small and clean, there are massages and yoga classes you can book and its quite private so it'll never be crowded! Most evenings have a live band too.
Heads up though: The little birds are ever so friendly and join you for breakfast, lunch and tea (open air dining area) - but if you've got ornithophobia like my husband, you'll prefer dinner time! Geckos too, there's too many of those and I get really squeamish (outdoor showers were not appreciated as much as I'd have liked)! Basic room might be the best because the upgraded rooms are further away from the beach/restaurant and maybe not worth the excess paid. It is rustic and beautiful though. Would recommend!
