It was 21 days old hotel when I stayed. Very pleasant place with very nice facility & very friendly staff. Rotana never failed to impress me. Well done!

My experience today was in Zain the spa Center in the fifth floor of Al Ghurair Hotel. The center has a steam bath, a sauna and a small jacuzzi. My perfected massage was with Mr. Biplab De Barma, an Indian man who was professional and had ability to rid the body of fatigue and pain. The center has a reception hall, spacious rooms, clean and scented, and the towels are clean and scented. I wished to use hot oil instead of cold to help the body more relaxed. Tomorrow I will try massage in the ladies section .. Thank you.
