We had a fantastic 10 day stay at this hotel. All staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special mention for Janeka, our room attendant who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Great experience. Stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Nice selections for breakfast. Beautiful view to wake up to if you have sea view room. Iron and washing machine facilities available in the apartments. Housekeeping spot on.
JBR is a nice area with a large selection of restaurants to choose from. Many shops as well as a small souk available outside. Water sports also available.response / report this review -

Nice room and breakfast. But if you want to relax on the beach and have space, choose an other hotel 5 minutes walking from Hilton. At Hilton you lie on top of each other and don't even see the sea when you are late.
And about the check-in. After Breakfast sir. Sorry sir, we need 40 minutes more. Sorry sir, we need an other 20 minutes. That was a nice begin of our Stay.response / report this review -

Stayed in a dubble room on executive floor. Balcony to "The walk"side, very nice to sit and look at all the supercars and people passing by. The housekeeping was very good.
The lounge were on the 9th floor and had different themes throughout the day. The selection of food, snacks and beverages were good. The breakfast in the restaurant had everything you can ask for.
The beach area is big and built in different levels so you can always fond sun or shadow.
The staff is very service minded and polite and brings the fifth star to this review.response / report this review -

Probably our worst experience with a kid so far. Personnel is mostly nice, but some are quite arrogant. In the buffet there is absolutely no choice for kids, we had to buy food in the supermarket. The hotel itself is very old and needs to be reconstructed for a long time already. During our stay they were repairing and glueing the carpet in the hallway next to rooms. The smell was horrible.
Instead of this hotel i would rather choose Habtoor in the similar price range. Hope this helps.response / report this review -

Stayed for 7 days in July 2017. Nice hotel & nice staff. Our housekeeper was soooo sweet. I believe his name was “Sehan or Sean”. I know I’m misspelling his name. But the whole Dubai experience was amazing!

Fantastic Hotel - staff are wonderful, they do everything they can to make your stay totally pleasurable. Food terrific and great variety. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I would seriously recommend the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to anyone wishing to visit incredibly beautiful Dubai.

Great location and great staff. Whether the elevator operator or a cleaner, they were super friendly. Oh, this excludes this one lady at the reception. She was from South Africa i gathered and completely indifferent. We had an incredibly huge room. Would definitely stay again.

I am very disappointed with the service in this hotel i was charged with the wrong rooms bills and i knew it was to much to be mine so I asked him to check it again and i find out it’s not my bill it’s an exsective bill the staff at the reception are so disrespectful beyond compare!!

Amazing location great views lots of things to do around can give only 4 stars as hotel rooms are little old and needs refurbishment staff is amazingly helpful the duty manager (from Egypt) was working for almost 10-11 hours a day with a smiling face!

Great location. Good for family. Staff are friendly and helpful. Variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very clean and lovely rooms. Also the view is magnificent. Sometimes it takes time to get down with the lift, because it has 43 floors and the lift stops often. You can use the beach and pool of the Hilton hotel in front of it. The walk is just out of the door and many restaurants and cinema besides it. Marina mall is 4 minutes walk. Good situation.

Great location. Splendid sea view. Dubai eye, fly Dubai airstrip, clean beach and clear sea. A million restaurants below some open 24 hours. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Had a fabulous stay.

This Hilton is completely hit or miss. I've had great service and other times I've arrived to stains on my sheets. Will you roll the dice? It is right on the beach though
