This place is great. The staff are always so polite and kind to me. Nail polish selection could be more varied for the money as it’s quite pricey, but overall a fab service.

No wonder they have bad reviews. Have been trying for an hour to reach someone to make a massage appointment. The front desk just puts me on hold on a long distance phone call. I thought this was a 5 star hotel?

Beautiful facilities but ruined by there rude staff. The guy asked me to remove my stuff out of the locker in a very rude way. The receptionist didnt provide me a key to the locker and I didn't know that i have to take it from her. Such a trip could be ruined by such attitudes.
