Ideal for the shipyard, food I find very acceptable, varied menu for lunch and dinner, not so keen on breakfast but accept that we eat different foods in UK and this is UAE.

Hilton is doing deals in these Covid times . Most hotels are. Room is pleasantly large for a 'boutique business' hotel.
Covid breakfast is ok. Restrictions apply front desk staff are excellent. Only downside for me is it is far from the metro.

The staff were amazing and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. It's not on the beat and path of things to do but getting a taxi is easy and they also have shuttle options to a few popular tourists attractions. The food was great and lunch was very enjoyable. Mahmoud was typically our server during lunch and he was very accomodating as is all of the staff there. They will take care of you and get you whatever you need if they have it. They will even go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. As in other reviews the views are not great but so much is being built in the area that I'm sure in no time it will be the new popular area of Dubai. I recommend it and will stay there again.

Great selection of breakfast. Location is not so ideal. But again, you will have to cab to anywhere in Dubai. Super friendly staff, even helped out my friend to find her newest iPhone back from a cab driver who we did not know the name and even without receipt! This could be the best budget hotel you could find in Dubai offers tons of freebies.

A beautiful place to live in Dubai, with world-class facilities. a wide range of cuisine to jiggle your taste birds. The staff can speak Hindi very fluently, this made living very homely. the view from the pool was breathtaking. you could see an aeroplane fly after every 30 seconds.

This should be a 4.5. Excellent hotel. No major issues. One room was ready when we arrived and we're able to shower and change after an early morning flight from Mumbai.

Friendly staff. A little difficult to understand but we did the best. Booked 2 rooms. Hilton only provided breakfast for 2 people for one room. As a Diamond member was expecting the same for the other room. After several minutes was able to get that corrected. Excellent breakfast buffet choices. We all enjoyed very both Veg/Non-vegetarian available. Great hotel. Not many attractions nearby, but that's ok

Clean hotel with nice rooms. While booked a trip with a travel agency and arriving at 7 in the morning rooms were not ready. This is normal procedure for a Hilton yet the hotel need s to adapt when accepting tourist. Room was made ready after complaining. Breakfast is good with a variety of food yet as it is a Garden Inn less than in a normal Hilton. Rooms themselves are slightly bigger than average.l, clean and with the good thing quality bed. Air conditioning of the newest standard. fitness and pool of acceptable standard

Friendly and hard working staff, floors and rooms are in the standard Hilton Garden Inn house style. Rooms are compact, modern well equipped with coffee and tea making facilities. Location is near the dry dock of the port between the old creek side of Dubai and newer downtown area. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the area, if you have a car the location is fine. The Hotel has a roof top pool, that is good for a morning swim workout, during the day the pool deck is filled with sun lovers, it is a bit cramped for that and I would prefer to head to a public beach. There is a parking garage and parking is free. I was there in the busy new year season. The breakfast staff worked really hard replenish the good selection of dishes but at several times there bowls and smaller items such as Arabic bread we out of stock. On the three days I was there on the first there was no orange juice, on the second there was fresh orange juice and on the last day the orange juice tasted like the kind you get in Premier Class French highway motels. The eggs and omelette station is an asset with great cooks. I would give an additional star if the Garden Inn formula would get rid of the self service waffle machine and have the egg cooks make waffles instead. The self service machine concept is messy and the wait time is generally long. Overall a good hotel with great staff.

Nice play to stay. Quiet hotel. The rooms are nice although a little bit small. The location is a bit far from the centre of Dubai. The breakfast is just amazing, and the staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel.
Rooms are clean & comfortable.
A little bit small.

Staff are professionals, very welcoming & helpful.

Location is not unique.
A little bit far from everything but they have free shuttles to the beach & malls two or three times a day & I always rent a car so I don't have a big problem.

It's very suitable for business travelers or those who go for attending exhibitions.

A petrol station is right beside the hotel with a mart inside it.

20 minutes by car to Dubai Mall & Mall of Emirates.

I recommend.

Wifi is good.

Average Hilton. Very uncomfortable king size bed. Clean and modern room.
Minimum chooses for food. Won't recommend stay for longer than few days.
Small swimming pool and the view is straight to building site actually 3 of them. Quite far to any beaches or any sightings. Good staff there is a complimentary shuttle to the beach once a day. Won't coming back.

Marvellous place to stay. Excellent breakfast, well train, receptive and accommodating staff, room service very good, clean and spacious rooms, free transport to interesting sights, ever ready to assist guests, the pool and bar wow! Gyms is great. Just name it, Hilton Garden Inn is a place for family and relaxation. Proximity to Important places. Above all very economical and affordable.

Very good service and room is clean, BUT: There's loud music from either the roof terrace or the function room into the morning every day making it difficult to fall asleep, there are coffee stains on the carpet in the room I was in, the view from my room is on a construction site (far from the Dubai skyline view advertised on the website), room is smaller than expected due to fisheye lens used on the website and it's kind of in the middle of nowhere! Overall it was a good stay but fell quite a bit short of expectations

I was there last year and loved it. I came back with my family this year and the difference in customer service is night and day. I don't know if the management has changed but the service was horrible. I will not be coming back in the future.

Good decent hotel in good area but Hotel is not maintaining their standard. I am here from 14-19 August 2017. And booked 2 rooms.
- When I was checked in we didn’t get room till 4pm where check in time is 3pm !!!
- There aren’t some basic amenities here like no shaving kit, grooming kit, room slippers, no turn down service and many things.
- One day we goes at beach and in return it’s 10:35am, breakfast timings are till 10:30am so when we reached they all ready wrapped it up, we requested for some tea, toasts and butter only but they directly denied with no courtesy at all.
- I uploaded one photo in which you can see some garbage and used dishes in room lobby it’s have been there more than 12hrs no one has there to clean this.
- They also has staff problems bellboy is standing some times at reception so when you need him may be he is not available and have to carry your luggage by your self because bell boy is on the reception!!!

Hotel is located on main road of Al Mina. Good for commuting to any part of dubai. Its far from metro station though. Rooms are nice but no tubs is a turn off. Service is amazing. People in reception are very helpful round the clock. Its so reasonably priced in room rates. The pool on top is amazing and it turns into a restaurant in the night. Wifi is great powered by Google. The gym is nice and clean. Best part is a gas station next to hotel where there is a convenience store for 24 hours.
