Good atmosphare to live . Near to all market. Access to everyware . Its a good choice for those people who comes dubai to checkout the market and invest money in small business. Becouse you can read the pulse of dubai if you just take one step out. Cool accomadation .rooms are okey.servive not really very good. But the main advantage is above what i said

It’s close to metro and main road.
And also very near to Souq. Metro and bus station is also very near just in front of it. And price is very economy. Staff is also helpful.

The location is 800 meters away from metro Station, close. To. Markets and local shops but the quality of the services provided are not the best. The rooms aren't well Maintained, the TV is placed in a place where you can not actually watch it laying on bed. The A/C temperature can't be controlled.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks. Hotel is located away from main Dubai. Buses stop outside and the nearest Metro is a 10-15 min walk away. About 25 minutes from Union Metro to Jumirah area. We stayed on 1st and 2nd floor and the corridors have a smoky/stale stench. Rooms smell slightly better but not fresh. They don't clean room unless you request. Beds are ok. AC is fine and room stays nice and cool.
