We had a very memorable experience in this hotel.The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.

DO NOT SKIP BAD REVIEWS LIKE I DID.
It was truly an awful experience, as I've stayed there for several months.
The only positive side - cleaning folks were doing a good job and overall their attitude was good.

So, details:
- The least of the problems - cockroaches, all over. They don't disappear and are throughout the whole building
- Room key needs to be recharged at reception every day, you can't access your room once you've arrived, takes 15 minutes once you reached home. Every single day. Just awful and it never ends

- The worst part, and PLEASE consider it: false fire alarms in the middle of the night. Extremely loud, regularly, and affects sleep drastically. Another building in vicinity - false fire alarms that you can hear as well.
You can easily be awaken by your fire alarm at 2AM, then try to sleep till 3-4AM because of the stress you've got, and then be awaken at 7AM by the fire alarm of the neighboring building

- We had a faulty smoke detector sensor, and the receptionist was calling me twice at 3AM, rudely asking if I was smoking. Completely unacceptable, rude and unprofessional.

- Indifferent management who isn't interested in fixing those problems, as you'll get those. So the best part of staying in Maples Hotel was when I left it for good.
My sleep was ruined completely.

We stayed 1 day in 2 bedroom apartment, from the start till end of our stay everything was smooth and all staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Sumit & Chef Pawan and his team who accommodate all request and food was super tasty.

Quick service neat and clean room, Housekeeping was very attentive for all our request.

We had a blast yesterday. Thanks to May who’s very accomodating and she made sure that we have the best room. She offered us 3 different rooms and let us decide which one we prefer. All of our guests love the place and informed us that they will have their events in Xclusive Maples as well. All the staff we’re very helpful from reception to housekeeping and to bell boy who helped us when we’re checking out. Will surely comeback to this hotel and keep on recommending to our friends and family.

Checked in for 2 nights, well many thanks to the receptionist named May who has been very patient and accommodating who helped us through our entire stay. The staff are very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and they have provided us all what we needed. Will definitely recommend.
