Great staff..
When you meet friendly and professional staff, everything will be ok.
This is one of the best experiences ever (although we had problems with AC, although I had an issue while checking in) but the way staff were dealing with us makes everything better.

I stayed around 3 months at this place, it is a very well managed place. The cleaning was on daily basis, all amenities are adequate.
A good place to live. It was near my office so i could walk there. The metro station is nearby too.
Swimming pool and gym are not upto the mark and need upgraderesponse / report this review -

The location is great. Metro station is just a 2 minute walk away. 🚶🏻♂️
There are supermarkets in the adjacent buildings on both sides.
Hotel has buses that will take you to Dubai Mall everyday at 2pm. 🚎
They have a gym with almost all machines one could need. And a nice swimming pool too.
The staff's behavior is extraordinary. The prices are decent too.
The views of the Sheikh Zayed are worth it. 😍
One of the down sides for me was the air conditioner. Even after switching it off it still doesn't switch off completely and keeps on blowing cold air. 🥶
And the gym closes at 11pm 🙄 whereas other buildings have 24hrs gyms.response / report this review -

The location is great. Very near to the metro station and about 15-20 mins walk to Dubai mall. There are pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. Check in and check out was smooth. The staff were very polite and friendly most times. Apartment is very spacious and clean. It has 2 TVs; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. You have all major cooking utensils you may need. Apartment is practical and comfortable. I was in a Premiere apartment but on the 2nd night, my sleep was interrupted by leaking from the bathroom ceiling. I didn't like how this was handled. I had to insist on being moved because it happened a second time. I was moved to a smaller apartment on a lower floor. I expected the manager to at least speak with me but I had to request for an audience with the manager who promised to send a complimentary fruit basket which I never saw. Room service from the Cafe Premiere was good. Food very tasty. The amenities need to be worked on as they are old. This place is ideal for families or if in Dubai to work for a period of time.

Fantastic service, spacious apartments and conveniently located. City premiere is best if you are staying with family or for work. The apartments range from one room and all the way to massive four bedroom penthouses.
They have a decent room service menu. A supermarket, pharmacy and laundry are all located within walking distance from the hotel.
Dubai mall is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Business Bay metro station is located right below the hotel as well.response / report this review
