More than pathetic hotel ever with worst staff and environment, plus this place seems like haunted one with the worst surrounding. They dont have even proper crockery and no proper rooms even. total waste of money as this place does not even looks secure, highly not recommended for families to come not a good place for family to stay.

Normal Room Rates easy to go Union Meteo Station many Restaurants ATM mechines 2r Hrs Supermarkets and Al Gurar Mall is very near only 2 mint walk

Awful!! service ya'll should get rid of your receptionist with Indian accent.its way terrible. I call em to ask the for their postal code and that guy just hanged up the phone on me??? maybe he didnt even knew whats postal code.pathetic service

Avoid this hotel at all costs. In the room we were given we had to choose between having the extremely loud ac unit on, or turning it off (in which case it still made a lot of noise) and sleeping in a sweltering room. After eventually falling asleep with the ac on, both myself and the other guest woke up feeling ill after breathing in the recycled air all night. The staff are polite enough but if you want to enjoy your time in dubai DO NOT stay at this hotel.
