Friendly and attentive staff. Although, don't expect that it will be done with 60 minutes. It can take Upto 2-3 hours to sell your car depending on the rush. Prices were reasonable. Better than dealer prices (for trade in etc) but of course less than what you will get if you sell it privately. The process was smooth and I got the money in my bank account the very next day.

Staff are very welcoming and happy to assist and listen. They are knowledgeable about the cars and do all their best to give you a good deal. Suhail took really good care of me and worked hard to get me a good price and was willing to negotiate with me the price I am looking for and managed to get a fair price. So the system here is that the check your car, takes all the details and post it to online auction and in 15-20min you get a deal.

Good place. Very polite staff. They inspect your car and take photographs and put it in online auctions to offer you the least price. These car selling places are only for those who have an emergency for selling their cars unless you have no choice. If you have time and patience Dubizzle advert is the best option.

Excellent service and quick sale of my car for a reasonable price. It felt like the company really cared about negotiating a good price for all the cars they inspected whilst I was there. Busy place, which seems to me a symbol of a good company. Book appointment in advance to avoid any queuing.

Gavin is very cordial and helpful. However do not expect this company to give you an offer after they evaluate the car (as they falsely advertise). They simply ask you how much you want and if your expectation is lower than the market they grab you, else if it is higher they show you the door. (Very politly). I do not recommend them, you better off exploring the market using Dubizzle and then post your car there and get several offers before you target a specific price.

Gavin was extremely professional and offered great service. Within 10 minutes I had an offer for my car which was AED 10K higher than the dealership next door. I didn't proceed on this occasion (as my finances weren't in order)but I will definitely use Gavin when I sell in two months time. Great, fast, no-nonsense service.

The average high ratings are deserved: during and after my inspection I was offered a personalized and professional service that stands out from any other dealership I went to.
Probably the best service of this kind I have experienced after a handful of similar attempts.

Mind you, it's still a middle men service and you will get an offer in the lower end of the evaluation scale as they need to do their extra margin, so it's good only if you value your time much more than your money.

However even if ended up not selling my car, I need to acknowledge the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who attended my inspection and thank him for his followup as promised.
