I came in for a valuation certificate for my car to sell it to someone who applied for a bank loan.
The “customer service” was one of the lowest I’ve met so far after 3 years in Dubai.
The gentleman was very aggressive and I had to ask if he’s having a bad day so I can come back later.
He continued saying that the problem that I had no idea what I wanted “again, a valuation certificate”.
Which is when a lady on the adjacent desk decided to step in defending the guy in the same way..
Which is when I decided to say “thank u, I don’t need a certificate” and left the showroom.

You sell luxury cars , hire people with basic communication skills.

I must say, I am new to the country and this was my first car and I wasn't sure of what the procedures were for the bank loan and other things.
I knew I wanted a Range Rover but was a bit hesitant.

Elio was very helpful during the whole process from the moment I walked in till he handed me my car. He answered all my question and even answered my calls on his day off. He helped me with the bank loan papers, gave me an excellent deal that I couldn't refuse, did the service and provided 4 new tires as well! He was very professional through out the whole time.

My experience with Sun City was very different from the below good feedbacks. I bought my car one year ago (when I move to Dubai) above market price because the salesman told me that the car had 10 year warranty or 1MM kilometers but found out this week that warranty was not transferable furthermore it took 3 week for them to deliver the car that I already paid because the car was still linked to a loan, I had no other choice than to pay 5k aed to rent a car during 3 weeks !

I saw a car I liked on Dubizzle and immediately contacted the number. Elio gave me the full details and we both set an appointment the next day early morning. He was on time, was very attentive and knew a lot about the car. He explained everything there was to know and even went on a test drive. I was a bit nervous before buying since it was a bit out of my budget, but thanks to Elio, he gave me all the confidence I needed to close the deal.
It's been around a month now since I bought my car, and I couldn't be any happier! I recommend everyone to go to SunCity Motors, you wont be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the way the team handled the situation.
I went in wanting to buy a car with the help of Ghazwan, found a great option, but had a problem with the car loan to be able to close the deal. Elio managed to fix any problems, contacted the bank and prepared all the paper work for me without any issues. it went very smoothly. They were all very helpful and I am a very satisfied customer.

My experience buying a vehicle from these guys was quite different to the good feedback I have read from others. In my case it was a very poor buying experience and after sales. I was promised a replacement part by the sales executive for which I waited patiently for a month. Still not received the part. It was my mistake to trust the sales executive. Make sure you get all verbal promises in writing if you are buying a car from them.
All calls to the sales executive after full payment for the car went unanswered. I understand people can be busy/on vacation etc but when they are back to work a call back during their free time would be the professional way to treat a customer.

There was some hiccups from the beginning when I requested for the ownership certificate to arrange insurance for the car. It took them 5 days to provide it. Reminder emails went unanswered and no explanation was given for the delay when they finally provided it. This should have been my first warning sign and I should have walked away from the vehicle.

In addition, I was never informed they will not accept credit card payments for the costs they incurred for car registration, testing etc. 2-3% of that amount which the credit card companies charge would have just been a few aed which they wanted to save so when I came to collect the car I had to arrange alternate payment. I can understand saving money but atleast inform the customer beforehand.

I think this one can be considered as a great showroom since they offer flexible payment for your car dealership. I remember when I went to the showroom. I know that I don’t have a huge budget but the staff were able to give me a flexible payment that will suit my budget. Because the offer is good, I didn’t hesitate anymore. I grab the dealership and now, I enjoy driving my own luxury car. I will really recommend this one to all the car fanatics
